If you must,go to a qualified photographer and specifically ask for a port photograph or if you don't mind
You can send the picture you wish to use to me,I have the paid version of one port app. It will recreate the background and you will get approved in secs

What are the necessary documents to go along with.

Make sure your two ears are showing and all your head angles show, zoom in and out while trying different zoom positions.

Hello everyone please I want to know if it possible to get a renewal port from Nigeria in absentia and send to me in my location because there is no Nigeria embassy or port center where I am and I need it to process residence.

Not possible. Your biometrics (picture and fingerprint) need to be captured. And you need to show up in person at some embassy or an office in Nigeria for that to happen. So sad that Nigeria is still so behind the curve in this day and age.

Cost varies if you're an adult or senior citizen. Go on the immigration website to apply or read back on this thread to get more info. In Abuja, you can get your port between 3 weeks to a month. The process is seamless now. Cheers!

I will kindly suggest you use the West Africa or East first, before proceeding forward to other countries, mostly now that the country port is been seen as nothing,and the holder a scammer.

Having multiple stamps of Ghana, Cotonu and Togo you can add Ivory coast to it,then proceed forward to Singapore, depending on your financial capacity,will go a long way.

East Africa,Rwanda is visa free. Kenya,just get your ETA,and you are good to go.

I had advised you to locate the closest immigration centre or port office ,outside you would certainly find those photographer or business centre ,they got first hand knowledge of things like this,I did mine some weeks ago here in Alausa centre Ikeja for 2k, but they only send you the soft copy so you do the right there .

Pls how much is New 10yrs int'l port, I want to do it by myself in the immigration
