When the said billions were raised in 2014, Wike was the minister of education. After the 2015 election, PDP as a party went broke. It was openly stated that Wike financed the party solely from that period. One of Wike’s right to his now vexatious PDP presidential ticket, was his sponsorship of the party. The question to Wike should be why he failed to pay the ground rent of 28.5 on behalf of his then beloved party?

If Wike did not have the plans to destroy PDP from within, why did he not pay the bill and get the party to refund him. His position as the minister put him in advantage to push his so called beloved party to sort out the bill.

The truth remains that Wike is deeply aggrieved with PDP. His only objective now is to retain his position. If he will do that, he must ensure that BAT wins Abuja and Rivers state in 2027. Whatever happens to PDP is no longer his business. He must destroy PDP from within. As far as he is is concerned, he is an APC member in disguise.
Extremely biased comment. Was Wike the chairman, secretary, chairman of bot, financial secretary etc? As mere sponsor is it not what was brought to you that you will attend to?

A party that ruled but couldn't pay the ground tax of her national Secretariat for 20 good years. What is the claim of such party to sincere leadership?

"If Chief Bode George had sought necessary information and refrained himself from acting out of hatred for Wike, it would have been known to him that also affected by the revocation were government owned institutions like Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC), Borno State Government, Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), National Universities Commission (NUC), Kaduna State Government, Nigerian Port Authority (NPA), News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Federal Ministry of Environment, Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company, University of Calabar and Nigerian Postal Service and Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN).

If he could pay salaries among others as was stated, what makes you think that such bill among others, was not brought to his attention?

With the way the country is run, please point us to the direction of a sincere leader presently among those in power.

With that huge amount of money raised in 2014 for the purpose of completing the project and nothing was done, then the party is unserious. A single governor of the party can single handedly build the secretariat. They are all selfish

They embezzled the money raised just as they embezzled $16b NEPA money without even a candle light.

Is it Wike that must do everything for PDP? Atiku would hide in Dubai and come back only for election time. No wonder Wike has disorganized the party.

No. He chose to pay the bills. Nobody forced him. It was his decision and it was simply borne out of pure ambition.

As a sponsor has he not got the right to pay what he wants to pay? It's the height of hypocrisy and deceit for a private citizen like me to have paid my ground tax up to 2025 but a party that ruled for 16 years to be owing theirs for 20 good years.
AgroBizSolution(f): 7:10pm On Mar 22
But this is unfortunate for a party that ruled for 16 years and is expected to be a key opposition in the current istration 🤔

All I know is that Atiku should not be allowed to lay hands on Rivers money through Fubara because he has been crying more than the bereaved.

So because Wike was financing the party, he should have also paid the mere 100,000 naira annual ground rent? And why couldn't they pay even when the PDP was in power? Maybe, Wike should be blamed too if the national secretariats run out of printing papers or biros.

PDP should be ashamed on this. You can see the type of shameless leaders we have. Check the list almost all government institutions did not pay their land rent, but the expects the individuals owing lands in Abuja to pay. Why did all former Abuja minister turn a deft eye on this. Na wahoooo!

“Mere” 100,000 naira and the party lost the secretariat, which loss was supervised by a national leader of the same party. You called it “mere”, yet Wike did not pay it as the party’s major financier.
