I am sure you haven't taken your time to read about circumstances that can empower a president to declare state of emergency. If you have, and also have read about what happened in the states you just mentioned, you will know that comparing all the states is not the same in anyway.

Do well to read up about it and not just doing copy and paste.

Foundational Nupe does not know the meaning of state of emergency....it is the suspension of the constitution.....the president can act as he deems fit for the safety and security of his citizens....including suspending the crisis actors....Governor Fubara and the State House of Assembly.

In Ukraine, Zelensky is almost one year past his constitutional rule...he declared a state of emergency in Ukraine and he alone now makes the rule as he sees fit for his country including suspension of elections.

So, the president should just allow Fubara to be funding his boys to blow up all the pipelines for oil exploration which is a major revenue earner for Nigeria after subverting governance in rivers state ? The president should encourage citizen and governors to overide the courts and even the supreme court. This decision is the best decision Tinubu has made since he became president.
