In Rivers state case the Allocation coming from the FG to the state and LGAs are the only ones affected by the Supreme court ruling.. The state IGR is not affected.

Not true. Fubara never declared 26b initially..It was the sharing of the proceeds of crime that led to this. Wike wanted to be in charge of the holdback. Fubara felt he deserved a lion share since he is in charge. When both of them could not agree Fubara blew the lid with the true amount Rivers State generate monthly.
This also has its disadvantages to him. The money used by previous government including Amaechi and Wike came from this holdback. They could use this holdback to sponsor presidency or buy whoever they wanted. Fubara presently doesn't have this advantage due to this revelation.

the federal allocation is not the only revenue source affected, the entire Rivers state Revenue has been frozen by CBN. if it were only federal allocation, the state government won't bother, but the Supreme Court ordered cbn to freeze all bank s of the Rivers state government
