I've tried severally to pay for my visa and biometric fees using my GTB and Union Bank cards all to no avail. I kept getting 'payment declined" response each time I try to check out. Can somebody please advise me on how to resolve this issue.

Submitted my application for a new TRV on Feb 19th. Old one expired in Nov 2024. Got port request email on March 19. Exactly a month after. Posting this for anyone looking for current timelines. ignis: It is not stated on IRCC website that you must submit an SOP for visit visa but you can still be approved without it but wont hurt to include one. It helps to throw light on your application since you wont be there to defend yourself when the officer is reviewing your application. For instance, two of the requiremenrts on IRCC website states: * convince an immigration officer that you have ties—such as a job, home, financial assets or family—that will take you back to your home country *convince an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit How do you convince if there is no document that can speak for you in your absence. I would say u should gv him till nxt month. I knw abt someone that applied in nov but got a decision on the 14th of this month. So give him till nxt month, but after nxt month, hold him on d neck tightly

Hi house, I need clarification please. Visa Refused ! Reason was my purpose of visit isnt for temporary purpose , I have also requested for GCMS note. However in the tracker ( New IRcc New Version) it says Eligibility - completed and Background check is still "In Progress even after decision was taken. Has anyone experienced such and what could be the reason. Thanks |

Hi Guys My port got back to me with 8 yrs visa. I am grateful I didnt give up even though I had exceeded the 30 day period.
