They didn't just start; it's been a common phenomenon with them.

My order got cleared by customs 4 days after arrival, but they dispatched it to a Speedaf office in another location, although within Lagos state. When the item arrived at the wrong location, it was assigned to a lady for delivery, according to tracking details.

When I saw this development, I tried calling the lady to inform her that the parcel is meant for a location order than hers, so she could send it back to LOS- Distribution Centre, but the lady refused to pick my calls. I repeated the calls for 2 days consecutively, nah the same torí.

On the 3rd day, I saw on the tracking that the order was being loaded back to Los - Distribution Centre. At this juncture, I had a sigh of relieve, that at least I was sure of taking the delivery a day after it'd arrived the Distribution Centre.

But, I was mistaken! It's been 4 days now since the parcel was purported to have been loaded at the wrong location, but it has refused to arrive at Distribution Centre ( this is intra-state movement of parcel ó).

Bad eggs full Speedaf, you won't know until until it gets to your turn!
Anyway, I've notified their headquarters via email about the situation.

If Speedaf can take 4 business days to deliver an item from Computer Village to Victoria Island I am definitely not surprised with your current experience.

I think it's a general problem with Speedaf deliveries, only that the issue is more pronounced in some branches than others.

In their office in my area, I know quite a number of their riders who have resigned their appointments on the ground that they're being overused. Some of them claimed that they requested for higher pay, but their request was turned down. So, they had to resign. Now, there are new set of delivery guys in that branch.

The truth of the matter — from their management team, who gives their workers daily delivery targets without a commensurate compensation, to the worker who intentionally hoard deliveries because he felt he's being cheated — all of them are responsible!

I personally don't bother ing the delivery personnel When i encounter such situation.
best thing to do is to the manager in charge of your pick up location.
It will be sorted better

Ikotun speedaf is one of the best I have encountered
Na some of there dispatch riders dey mess up sometimes,but the supervisor and staffs work effectively

I do feel for them, that's why I usually tips the delivery guys with some money! Honestly there are working hard, just that Chinese company are found of overusing workers and less payments.

Na some of there dispatch riders dey mess up sometimes,but the supervisor and staffs work effectively

Ironically, it's this Ikotun branch that's delayed the parcel for 5 days now.
