The last stage in the recruitment process is for you to meet Aig one-on-one, have a chat with him and in the course of the chat he will decide whether u will get hired or not. U fit don do 5 stages of interview and , but u won't get employed until u meet him , he sizes u up and takes the hiring decision.

The chat was scheduled for 7pm on a weekday. When I got there, I discovered there were others like me who wanted to other companies Aig was also the chairman and meeting him was the last stage of their own recruitment process as well.

They started calling people one after the other into Aig's office around to 9 that night. It didn't get to my turn until some minutes to 10pm that night.

The man didn't even look like someone who was ready to go home when I was leaving his office after our chat.

The man had 2 EA's/PA's waiting on him whom were the ones calling candidates one after the other into his office. They had their office close to his.

For weeks after that day , I couldn't stop myself from imagining the kind of mess those guys' personal life will look like.
