Immatex: Thanks bro, at least I have about 15 close pals all over the Europe and America. Non is doing multiple jobs and they are not only fine but helping us at home. Na only film n papers I dey see multiple jobs, rather it's Nigeria that people are doing multiple jobs, like I'm doing right now n yet nothing to show for it |

While they are in Nigeria, the land is really of no use or little use to them when they are suffering and struggling. Some actually sell the lands while in Nigeria, use the money to start business in Nigeria, and still fail woefully. So, relocating with the land sale money to start all over, improve or succeed and return to purchase more lands makes far more financial sense. After all, Naira can never measure up in value to Euros, Dollars and Pounds. Don't be dull, Mr. AY! 3 Likes |

YoungLionken:I don't know why AY choose to talk this way. I haven't seen any body who sold his properties and japa to America, Canada, Australia and even UK and after about five years is not far better. Some guys in my town sold uncompleted houses and cars and travel. Fews down, they are far bigger. Let AY don't go and be discouraging people. 1 Like |

Saudivisa: I pray ooh. Land marketers and their exaggerations. I am not an advocate of land banking like they call it. It’s not an exact science. |

The land did not make them rich while they were in Nigeria, so they sold it to move to a nation where wealth flows, got rich and bought the lands again. So the point is that the have riches and lands together. So AY stop discouraging people from making life changing decisions.

jocelynor: It's bad investment to work in America and use the dollar you make here to buy properties in nigeria in the name of investments. I don't mind people building nice homes back home for their occupancy. I agree to that if you want to relocate permanently, soon. And stay back in nigeria. But if not, that's a bad investment Let me explain mathematically... 2020, $1=365, you sent home $10k to buy land. Thats 3.65 million Naira. 2025, 5 years later, the land aporeciated to 10 million naira. Now convert the 10 million back to dollar, that's $6.6k Your $10k is now worth $6.6k. 2 Likes |

Wealthoptulent:There's absolutely no sense in what he posted. They sold their land for a better opportunity I know some one who sold his father's Land to go abroad but after just two years he bought back the land n surrounding lands, brought down the structures n built a magnificent structure that the whole village adores till today. After all ppl sell their cars or any other property to fund a business to later buy a bigger car .... 1 Like 1 Share |

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v12k5tacFRw?si=vI9e5i8DBMDvYPFV Lawrence Nomanyagbon Anini, born in 1960 in Benin City, Nigeria, became one of the most notorious criminals in the country’s history. Initially a taxi driver, Anini’s criminal empire began after he started working for various gangs, later forming his own with like Monday Osunbor and Ofege. His gang committed a series of violent crimes, including car hijackings, bus robberies, and a fatal bank heist in 1986 that left many dead. The public, captivated by his audacity, followed the "Anini Saga" as the media painted him as a larger-than-life figure, further fueling his infamy. Anini's gang operated with impunity, allegedly aided by corrupt police officers who allowed them to continue their violent rampage. This collusion made their criminal activities more daring and deadly. In December 1986, after a nationwide manhunt led by Superintendent Kayode Uanreroro, Anini was finally captured in Benin City, marking the end of his reign of terror. His arrest brought relief to the nation but left behind a lasting legacy of fear and violence in Nigerian society. #LawrenceAnini #NigerianCrimeHistory #CriminalEmpire #LawEnforcement #MediaInfluence #CrimeConsequences #PublicSafety #Nigeria Please to kindly subscribe to this channel. |

It means he’s as dumb as he looks. How will an economy flourish if cash does not circulate? That is why the white man created holidays for spending because people would rather dig a hole to hide their earnings. Taxes are created from selling the land here, forex is made when the individuals send money home to buy lands. Normally, with the cash they make, they buy more lands than owned previously.

Wealthoptulent: Not everybody ends up like Badenoch. The richest Nigerians and their wards are steady parading in Nigeria. Many people just went within a period with a target (to change their family condition) and returned voluntarily thereafter. I have also seen Nigerians who had to return at the end of their Visa and many more who got deported after many years. Wouldn't it be better if they at least had some roof and little investment to 'save face' and bounce back on their feet!? "Do not despise humble beginnings." As newbies in a strange country, any investment or backup at home is not a senseless move in their foundation years. When they get permanent residence or citizenship and/or if they prosper, it wouldn't be a problem to leave these ones to their relatives or sell them off. |

I am not with the Jappa syndrome, but going over there you can buy back your sold land and in not a long while buy some more doing a honest job. In Nigeria you will labour yours ass off to get a good property and most is through one or two shady means and cutting corners. I'll use myself as an example; I have a cousin abroad, about same age, he has properties across 3 Nigerian states and still acquiring while after 20yrs of working my ass off i have one house in FCT and a piece of land only God know how i will raise money to develop it. In all i give God thanks for being contented with what i have knowing he will make a way. There are others who sold their to jappa, and till now nothing good to show for it. Its life's gamble, either be contented with what u have or be ambitious and toss your coin. 3 Likes |
