Please I’m faced with a career dilemma
Money and job security or career prospect.

As an ing graduate.

I currently work in a pharmaceutical Company (like greenlife, emzor, elbe pharmacy) where the entry salary is 150K of which I had worked for a period of 8 months.

Fast forward to today

I got an offer from a professional services firm (the likes of forvis mazars, PKF, stransact) with career prospects willing to pay 40% above my initial net with a probation period of 6mth for a graduate trainee program.

However the company I work in currently is willing to meet the extra 40% .

As a young person just starting his career what would you advice I do?
