So from my findings there is no direct headline news about Wike presenting the Budget to 7 HOA , there must not be,, but;;

1. The Tribunal nullified the elections of 23 PDP in October 2015.
Their rerun to the house came in December 2016.

2. Wike presented the 2016 budget to the House in December 2015.

Chijoke Ihunwo and many other lawyers have made the same allegations on social media and many local radio stations in Port Harcourt and nobody in the Wike camp has ever countered it and say the story is false.
