I am so surprised that Fubara is just there dancing like a chicken beaten by water while Wike flexes his muscles like a boss in his face. Wike as a person will not take a tenth of what Fubara has taken. It's time for Fubara to man up and take the political battle to the enemies doorstep. Mobilise the recall process of the concerned lawmakers and get them replaced. There are many ways to do this and he shouldn't expect to teach him that.

Do you know the procedure for recall?
Are you aware it involves INEC and the same house of Assembly .
Are your aware that there was a case that involved Rivers and INEC

That's all the reason why Wike is selling PDP to Tinubu and twerking for Tinubu in the first place.
So he can have that Federal might and favour from Aso Rock.
And we have seen it all through this struggle.
Police, Abuja courts and even Tinubu himself..
My candid advice to Fubara..
1. Pursue the defection case at the Federal high Court.
Let it go all the way to the Supreme Court.
We want to hear our Supreme Court use their mouths and tell us that Martin Amaehule and the 27 did not defect.
Let them tell the world that, for posterity sake.
Let them stop hiding behind other related cases.
Le there be a categorical judgement on the matter.
2. While he's at it, let him represent the 2025 budget to the state assembly led by Amaehule. There is absolutely no shame in that,
It is the Supreme Court's order, not Wike's order nor Amaehule's order.
They will definitely try to frustrate and embarrass him at the house but he must not bend over and take it in the asss. He must stand his ground.
As long as the CJ Simeon Amadi is with him, he can never be impeached before 2027. He must keep the CJ with him.
3. Set the process of repeating the LGA elections. He has the RISIEC and for his effort the last 2 years, he has the majority of the people.
You just need to be on the streets and listen to local radio and TV stations to see that majority of Rivers people are currently simplified.
His people will win again!
4. Govern like that without giving a fuc. if Martin and his people want the state to move forward fine, if not fine.
He will still collect his salary and entitlements.

It is very easy to identify children in politics.
For the umpteenth time, Fubara is neither a king nor an emperor.
He is not superior to the house or judiciary!

The Supreme Court judgment has already made such action void
The Lawmakers were told to complete their
Tenure
Fubara needs a peace agreement to move the state forward

I think the best for him is to reconcile with the law makers if he chose to pursue the defection case there is probably he may win but then before it will get to that stage he may be impeached.

There is always someone who knows more than what you know, therefore seek to know more.
The SC will definitely not rule base on audio defection.
1. Do the Lawmakers tender a resignation letter to their party PDP?
2. Does the APC at the ward level accepted them into their party?
If the answer to the two questions above are NO, then the Lawmakers can claim and defend that they didn't defect to APC and win the case.

@No.4, Amaewhule, the little brat and his guys can't stop the state from moving forward.Just like you said, I him presenting the budget to them, because there is no option here. As for the Local government elections, he needs to follow the SC backed electoral process and his men will still win again.

Reconciling with Amaewhule and his guys means that he MUST make peace with Wike. Those guys are 100 percent loyal to Wike.Although in politics, loyalty can switch at any time.

Number 2 is insignificant and doesn't matter. The most important point is whether they resigned from their party which sponsored their election. Whether they ed another party or not is completely irrelevant to the constitution.

You obviously don't know the processes involved in impeaching a sitting governor. There's a reason why Fubara changed the previous chief justice and put in his core loyalist as the chief justice. Please find out.
