No. The executors he assigned were his late wife, Uche and Aig. Just as he never expected his father to outlive him, he didn't envisage that even his wife won't be around after he is gone or that they will both die at the same time. I am sure, the only person he trusted was his wife, and he believed that in the event of his death, his wife will definitely take over his estate with the two other guys guiding her.
Only Herbert knows the reasons for his action, but that papa Shyngle being portrayed as a greedy old man is a lie and he deserves to be respected.
Now do you know that within the late Herbert's extended family, they are wondering why he choose to go watch a super bowl match when he is not known to be a fan of the sport......, do you know the people who arranged(for want of a better word to use) the trip for him to go watch it?
Aig or someone very close to him.

How am I being selective, maybe you should read it well. I know Herbert himself made them the executors, and that was why I wrote about the law being emotionless. Aig and Uche are not strangers to the Wigwe family, so I don't understand why he will always want to deal with papa and others only through a lawyer, what happens to the relationship that used to exist between them all when Herbert was still alive? Why is Aig and Uche isolating the kids from their extended family?
Good question... After listening to the elder sister of the late Herbert, I just concluded that Herbert trusted some wrong 'friends'/relative and business partners... His church pastor inclusive. Everyone of them are now showing their true colours.. AIG, his cousin, and his lawyer, Usoro are all up to no good... His daughter,Tochi, is just a dunce ,if I need to use that word .. Why trust an outsider more than your grandfather? I m not even refering to her aunt's and uncles.. What happens to her maternal grand parents? Atleast she should have been wise enough to bring one of them in for her own good... She isn't smart at all... I just concluded that she deliberately sidelined them.. She cannot tell me that she just allowed other people to keep her off her grand parents and relatives.. She is a fool and time will surely tell. It's a pity
AIG WILL JUST COLLECT THE WHOLE BANK FOR HIMSELF.. JE IS JUST TOO MEAN...

Fine, all you said, but ask yourself why Herbert made them executors in the first place. Yes, one theory is that he didn't expect his father to outlive him, but still, dealing with available facts, if he trusted those two to look after the interests of his kids, isn't that exactly what they are doing? Why is the extended family suing his kids in clear violation of his stated intentions? Isn't that enough for the executors to distance themselves?
I will advise you go listen to the interview with Herbert's elder sister on utube. Then juxtapose it with this..

This is selective analysis at best. You left out the part where Herbert himself made Uche and Aig his estate s/will executors. Only greed is making the living doubt and fight the decisions of the dead
Of a will supposedly lodged in Florida. This legal battle will be protracted.

Billionaires are not to be trusted. They are very cutthroat. I watched the sister's interview and even before then i knew Aig was the problem they were fighting. That lawyer is also suspect. How can you be representing both Aig and the children? They should have seperate lawyers.
Aig will just swallow the whole bank. Herbert was not wise at all. You have a lawyer as an elder sister and you didn't make her a trustee?? And there is no will lodged in Nigeria. Didn't he a a law firm representing him? The story no clear.

I think he believed he still had time to draft his will .. but unfortunately was cut short with even those that would have stood for him, his wife and first son... That crash sef , I suspect something in it

Not true! We are talking about ill gotten wealth, those politicians and so on always use people to front for everything.
Bro, even those have documents backing them. You think these rich men are fools?!
They are greedy, wicked and what not but they're not fools.
Herbert dad is just embarrassing himself. I'm sure his son already put all his assets in a trust (good or bad) and gave instructions...
Let them follow the instructions and stop this show of shame.

Lol... bro, no nonsense you dey type with your full chest...
Herbert and his family as a matter of fact have a culture of ALWAYS attending the super bowl finals. Like I said; ALWAYS!
If you can fabricate nonsense about that, it's safe to say na nonsense you still fabricate full everywhere.
