Listen People... Listen Carefully... ALL TRUCKS carrying fuel must NOT be allowed to use the ROADS during the DAY time.... ALL TRUCKS and other categories of articulated vehicles should ONLY ply the ROADS at MIDNIGHT!MIDNIGHT! MIDNIGHT!!!!
