As per the remarks that Osinbajo made, it was more of an euphemistic remarks which made even the torment, tormentor and the apologists and spectators to burst into laughter.
At least that remarked made the atmosphere lively even though if you think deeply, the remark carried a lot of weight for those that can decipher it.
