Since the establishment of the Labour Party (LP), it has struggled like all others to break the dominance of both the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Obi’s presence gave a huge boost to the aspirations of different individuals who contested different positions under the insignia of the Labour Party.

The latest defection is from a former governorship candidate in Anambra State, Valentine Ozigbo, who resigned from his hip of the party.

It has become a shredded party. A party of no direction
A party of no good leaders
A party of no competent leader
A party of liars
A party of confused people
A party of misguided elements

Their departure is of no significance to us. With or without the decampees, we are still gallant. And in the next presidential election, we are retrieving our lost mandate..

Idiotic charlatans trying to play psychological game with Peter Obi ers by trying to tell us those who have abandoned Obi.

These are people who became relevant because of Obi and not the other way round.

Why knew Val Ozigbo before Obi ed him for Anambra PDP ticket in 2022?

Who knew Isaac Balami before 2023?

Or the Kaduna Okada rider that won election on the Peter Obi bandwagon effect?

Why didn’t The Nation Newspaper list those who have defected from PDP?

But news flash, no matter the charlatans who leave Labour Party, if you conduct election today, Tinubu would have to write results to defeat Peter Obi.

Free and fair election, Obi will beat Tinubu silly before 12pm.

For those in elective positions, their replacements will be from whatever party PO is running from in 2027. They probably won't even campaign to win, because the election happens the same day as presidential election, and unless you're very popular, most people just vote down the line for the same party. That's what happened in 2023 and it was the same with Buhari when he contested from various parties.

I get it, if your party is in crisis, there's this temptation to leave if your party leadership is in crisis, and if you suspect PO may dump the party, but it may cost them the ticket.

For the rest, some of them will collect Ebola's money and work against him in 2027, the way some people did to GEJ in 2015. If your popularity has diminished and you give people money, knowing they'll be throwing it away for nothing, they'll secure themselves first and move on.

A mega party is loading. They can port to any party of their choice. It's amazing to note who are truly Democrats among those who won election under LP and those who are after money. Their names are already known They should just remain in the APC, in their best interest.

It is to their detriment, not Obi

Peter Obi truly won 2023 Presidential election.

Just check out the list of unknown people Peter Obi made relevant. They rode on Peter Obi's popularity to win election.

Meanwhile, shame on Yakubu and INEC.

Just like IBB, Tinubu and Yakubu will definitely confess the truth before they draw their last breath here on earth shocked

Bro, forget these people. We the Obidients are more united now than ever. We are waiting for them in 2027. Tinubu will not go back to Aso Villa. Even if OBI doesn't go there, Tinubu will not be the one to return. Let's continue to unite

Those are the people that used Obi's influence and reputation to gain popularity. They should be indebted to Obi. LP is a SPV...it has served its purpose and Abure and co have benefited also. LP gave them nothing except a platform, and today has a governor. That's a nice return, if you ask me.

They have the right to dump any party.

Every of your politicians dump their parties to another.

The most important thing is that Peter Obi (SAW) was the wings upon which they flew.
