Ur niece graduate secondary school and 7 people are goung to canada,am sure if that ur niece graduate college or university then the whole of ur village will need to attend .pls learn from the army chief amd his group rejected as canada no too care again as majority nigerian are claiming asylum!!..just add invitation letter from ur niece and then add ur home ties like work ,properties and proof of finance and hope for the best as nothing sure now but apply fast and state visting and niece graduation as purpose of travel as processing is 6 months!

do you earn up to 2k USD equivalent? Thats what a high school diploma holder averagely earns in te country you are going to. So the best IT company is relative to if you can match competitive pay of western countries.

They should not be refused based on their status. You are talking about the number 1 ranked military officer in Nigeria.

That’s one way to look at it.
I strongly believe It’s the prerogative of the country he plans to travel to, to grant him visa or not. It’s not his birth right. This is not Africa.

On the other hand there are probably things we are not privy to. For example, do you know if there r evidences that he once committed war crimes? Which is not impossible in Nigeria.

Unfortunately if it's visit visa you applied for, IRCC no send, it will go through the normal processing time and those letter won't help either.

Hi, please how did you order the GCMS notes and how long did it take to get a response. I order directly under the privacy act and did not pay anything. I am yet to get a response and its 21 days already

However, the notes revealed that a fake bank statement was used to his application, and he had been banned since July 2024. This person then unknownly applied for a USA visa in october , and the visa officer asked what happened to his Canada application. He responded that it was still under process by canada embassy . You applying study visa not visit visa nd pleaae package ur application well especially pof and ur home ties and dnt take for granted that you applying inside canada it make no differemt to ircc and it more easier,cheaper to apply outside canada than inside especially medical cost and refusal rate are higher now .l wish you good luck

I'm considering applying for tourist visa just for my next summer vacation, but I thought to weigh my options before I proceed considering the recent increase in denials. I am a family man with kids but I planned to go alone. I've never been denied visa in the past and my traveling history include the Emirates in 2014, US (Twice in 2014/2016) and Puerto Maya/Conzumel Islands in Mexico also in 2016. I work in a multinational with a monthly salary of a little over 1m. I have 3 survey plans for my landed properties in Ibeju/Eti-Osa axis, a newly completed undocumented building in Eti-Osa and a POF of about 14m in my salary .

Considering that I've been to US twice in the last 10 years, I know I might have high chances of getting US visa again which can make Canada own a lot easier, but I don't think I have much time right now due to how long it takes to process the visas. My vacation is scheduled for June/July this year. What do you guys advise please?

Did you complete a prerequisite course before getting the acceptance letter from the college or University? if you did a prerequisite course then you can apply from inside Canada... If you didn't I don't advise you applying form inside Canada... But you can do your own research thanks .. student approval rate is high compared to visitor visa .

Sorry, but a prerequisite course is not compulsory as long as you have your letter of ission and PAL. You can still apply from inside canada. I know people who took a prerequisite course and still got refused, while others who did not take it had their visas approved. So, it is not an essential requirement just you know ircc are getting strict now as even student already inside canada can be refused student permit extention.

It's been more than 8 years since my US visa expired.

I had done that because I felt Canada delay in response and by the time my port gets to me from the Italian embassy Canada may not have responded. However fate had a different plan. February 3 just one week after Canada approved my application and requested for my port. I am 20days past and no response yet from the Italian embassy. I sent emails all week to please release my port but they didn’t respond to my mail.

Please advice can I send an email to IRCC pleading they extend my submission date . I don’t even know what else to do.

You the label as instructed then drop it off at any FedEx drop of location. I personally used a CVS pharmacy close to my house and I got my port delivered in less than a week

Ensure you fill the correct forms. For instance, you are technically applying from outside Canada, not from inside as a visitor.
