I am not holding brief for Soludo as I have my own reservations but we have governors in this country whom has budgeted over 20billion for education yearly and yet nothing to show for it,bulk of the money goes into overhead cost and the rest for the 'boys'.Here comes a governor whom have been relatively able in his activities and not venturing into reckless loans.Let him judiciously apply the one he budgeted for education and you will see wonders.
