Doesn't matter if you ride or not, as long as you're in a movable machine, you're catching cruise with your life. Gazzuzz was a biker but when he died, he died in a vehicle accident. He wasn't even driving. He was in a commercial bus.

On this topic.... the guy was T-boned. It just shows how we as a people love to jump to conclusions. We only need to see power bike .... and we already know for sure he was speeding ...over speeding and that was the cause of the accident and his death. How often do accidents occur at that particular junction?...what are the authorities doing to minimize it?...nothing. Personally... the risk of life and limbs be wayyy too high riding a bike. As a young teen....saw a biker I knew got killed. I was in a bus at a bus stop ...guy rode past...good pace...dropped a few gears...loved hearing that ...made a U turn ...ed by accelerating... as I'm watching a truck loaded with sand crossed his lane to enter a construction site. He crashed full speed into the side of the truck and was immediately run over by the back wheel. His body made one big "kick" and never moved again. I never knew a body contained that much blood ...it just gushed out of him. People left the bus screaming and rushed to the scene...I never left. Another guy... biker ....like months later ...very popular guy..he was about 20 ..had part of his leg ripped off in an accident ...one leg at 20? Since then I knew....biking is not for me...too risky ..too vulnerable. But ..... power bike races?.....love to watch!

He wasn't putting on a helmet and he was over speeding. He died due to much bleeding on the head a lady too was at the back of the bike she was unconscious. But she was putting on a helmet ⛑️. Always to protect your self and your friends too when on it.

You have a point. If you feel it's not for you then there's no point trying it. I when Gazzuzz bought my first bike. I wanted a bigger one. I was hoping for a 600cc engine but he told me he'd only get me a 250cc cos I was a beginner. That was the best decision he made for me cos maybe I'd be dead if I did learn how to ride with the smaller bike before gradually moving to something bigger. A mistake most bikers make. At 20,the guy should be riding a small bike. You're not perfect on the road, you can be a good Rider but the driver in front of you can be a bad driver. Same for driving too. Doesn't matter how good you are, it could happen to anyone. But I've been lucky... I have been driving for 10 years and riding for 4 years and never have I been involved in any form of accident. I get on the road knowing that everyone else is out to kill me so I'm always extra careful but you can't be too careful. That's also dangerous.

You see power bikes and sport bicycles? They got spirit, if you ain't careful you'll overspeed immediately you mount.

I am always careful whenever I'm riding my sport bike most especially on saturdays. One thing I have noticed amongst Nigerian motorists is wickedness. Most of them oppress you if they know they're likely not to be affected when accident occur.

Truck driver will oppress car driver

Car driver will oppress motorcycle rider

Motorcycle rider will oppress bicycle rider



At times even bicycle riders oppress pedestrians.

Truth of that matter is that powerbikes are not good on Nigerian roads. It cuts life expectancy by half. According to a bro that visited naija after many years abroad, he said all the cars looked as if they were from mad max movie. Lol. This one bashed, fender badly repainted, broken tail lights, bumper hanging, very late model vehicles. Now that is cars ohh, if they can be so bashed against each other, imagine adding a bike to the equation, a vehicle without body for protection of the driver. Imagine riding bike in a country 99% of drivers do not attend driving school, Omo recipe for desaster.
No wonder in my early years of marriage I wanted to buy a power bike, wifey told me if I went ahead, she de return to her papa house. Lol
