The message that brought you to Jesus can you it?

This question is may be tough to answer, even for me, many don't even the day or period they surrendered all to Jesus. Well I can't understand how anyone can forget the day they choose to die, the day they choose to forsake all and follow Jesus, the day they made a vow and commitment except they never took it seriously or it wasn't a serious moment in their lives. Paul would repeat his encounter a number of times as we read through acts, to show how much of an impact that was in his decision to follow Jesus. But do you know Paul may not have ed Stephen's words and prayer he heard.

Personally my answer to that question honestly is no, I don't the exact message but I my encounter with Jesus. Infact I the answer a new convert from a federal boys school in Lagos, gave one day and because of that answer he is one of the few names I from highschool, what did he say that day, "speak the truth in love". I incidents like these because they formed the echoes of the words that rang in my heart for years.

This is what I want to say to those who evangelize, it doesn't matter how people react when you preach, just trust the Holy Spirit he does the work you cannot do, just obey God and go, obey God and speak. Forget about the bad boy or girl everyone once saw you as, and let God put his words in your mouth. Your message may be the key to unlock the soul of someone.

Some of you it may have been the words of your parents, the words of someone in a bus or some friend you may not even . But today I hope you that you encountered Jesus because someone else let God use them and so let someone else encounter Jesus because of you. That my friends is love at work through you. God bless you

No.
Mine wasn't a message, it was the lifestyle of my friend...I had to follow him to his church...and get to know what he knows...what commands his lifestyle.
Ceon-rhymes had an excellent nature...in words and action.

I don't believe in Jesus.
I was indoctrinated and misled into religion as a child, it's a good thing I was finally free.

Most people couldn't save themselves from religious chains

"I'm the way the truth and the life".

The sheer amount of Delulu needed to believe that sh1t has always been mind boggling for me..

Imagine a black African so brainwashed that he believes some random white man died for his sins.

Sins originally committed by some white ancestors.

Who lived some fantastic garden located in the Middle East.

The Bible, just like the Law, brought about the consciousness of sin...and same Bible gave you "Eternal" salvation in Christ/Christianity.

Without the law, there is no sin.
Without the Bible, there is no sin in the first place.

Live free!

Sin is not your problem.
And the hope of financial prosperity in the gospel, is unfounded.
Religion is not the extra advantage that makes people excel in life.

Many cant relate.

The Older Generation still have jotters and diaries where they have such info and the moG God used. Most of the MoGs were Evangelists and prophets. Evangelist carry 3/4 of that number.

Many new gen were born into Christianity and hence have no such experience which is an error. They need make that personal decision.

Why will any message bring me to Jesus?

The message should bring me to the God of Jesus.

Jesus was proven to worship one God through his time on earth!

what is needed to believe that is understanding that the entrances into the mosy holy place where God's ark rests were called, the door of truth and the curtain of life. Jesus was literally saying he is the way to God and those who want to get to God have to go through him.

It's okay if you don't want to enter and meet God, but you should at least be sure that what you claim to know is actually true and not a lie. Before you reject the truth for a lie.

it’s thesame with Fridays. Lmao. You see them quoting and unquoting Bibles and Quran, even the atheists are not left out, the traditionalist too. But when it comes to practice what you preach, they let lose, check some threads, people are quick to curse at the slightest inconvenience. Humans are irredeemable. For all have sinned and come short of Gods Glory anyways.

without the law there was sin, for even before the laws of Moses was given there was sin

Rom.2.12 For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law.

Please read
Rom.7.7 - 20

Well then, am I suggesting that the law of God is evil? Of course not! The law is not sinful, but it was the law that showed me my sin. I would never have known that coveting is wrong if the law had not said, "Do not covet."

But sin took advantage of this law and aroused all kinds of forbidden desires within me! If there were no law, sin would not have that power.

I felt fine when I did not understand what the law demanded.

Sin used the law to bring more condemnation and more desires for men to rebel against God, and for those who do not know the law, they feel they are okay, the feel they are fine and they have life they live in a lie unaware of the death awaiting them

But when I learned the truth, I realized I had broken the law and was a sinner, doomed to die.

So the good law, which was supposed to show me the way of life, instead gave me the death penalty.

Sin took advantage of the law and fooled me; it took the good law and used it to make me guilty of death. But still, the law itself is holy and right and good.

But how can that be? Did the law, which is good, cause my doom? Of course not! Sin used what was good to bring about my condemnation. So we can see how terrible sin really is. It uses God's good commandment for its own evil purposes.

The law is good, then. The trouble is not with the law but with me, because I am sold into slavery, with sin as my master. I don't understand myself at all, for I really want to do what is right, but I don't do it. Instead, I do the very thing I hate.

I know perfectly well that what I am doing is wrong, and my bad conscience shows that I agree that the law is good. But I can't help myself, because it is sin inside me that makes me do these evil things. I know I am rotten through and through so far as my old sinful nature is concerned. No matter which way I turn, I can't make myself do right. I want to, but I can't.

When I want to do good, I don't. And when I try not to do wrong, I do it anyway. But if I am doing what I don't want to do, I am not really the one doing it; the sin within me is doing it.

Jn 3:16....so straightforward. That's the gospel. That's the whole Bible in 2-3 lines

Yeshua, Yahoshua. Yasha, Joshua does it really matter.

They translated most Yod into J, and it is more important to know the son of the one true living God and listen and obey God's word through him, is it not?
