So my younger sis called me on Thursday evening panicking that her gmail was hacked. undecided
i tried to calm her down then asked her some questions to ascertain if it was actually hacked or it was just a random attack to try and access the email. Well for starters, she told me the hacker was able to access her binance via the gmail and withdraw what was there (wasn't a significant amount tho undecided like 3dolls). That was when she started getting notifications from binance. She proceeded to open her gmail, but the verification code keeps popping up on the hackers device, then she called me that her gmail was hacked.
i collected her gmail address, recovered the ( well I logged in from my end by first trying her original word and it went through apparently it wasn't changed). I removed the hackers device from the , changed the to more stronger combination and a whole lot of other stuff)

ordinarily I felt it was a random attack, but sh!t became real when she started receiving notification that someone is trying access another gmail logged in her phone..making it two(how random is that?)..this time it was my brother's logged in the same phone that was being accessed same device that was used in accessing the first is now being used for the second attack

well we did same recovery thing, then i told her to update her phone and delete recently ed apps. She doesn't give out her phone careless and is not connected to a public wifi

phone in question is Samsung A03s

is it possible the phone was hacked
undecided

Maybe her phone has been compromised. Change the for all the Gmail s in the phone, then also factory reset the phone.

Let her mind the links she visits & the apps she s.

If possible, change all the s

Hope you enabled 2 factor authentication/verification else the hacker would just waltz back again.

That's not a random hacker, someone actually held her phone and mirrored all her s saved on her google chrome, reason why same person tries to gain access into her other s, she should change all her s and enable two factor authentication, and log out on all device

I've enabled 2FA, but the shocking thing is the person is just jumping from one gmail to another..all on the same phone...

I've been asking her the bolded info. She said no one has collected her phone in a long time to even make something as simple as a call..
