I don't think this case has anything to do with the authenticity of the decamping of the lawmakers from PDP, rather it has more to do with the presentation of the 2024 budget to the other assembly etc.

lol. The case cannot be withdraw after judgement has been given by the court of first instance. This is an appeal to the Supreme Court against the Judgement of the High Court. By withdrawing the appeal, the judgement of the High court is upheld.
