Especially by a party that thinks if you're dark in complexion, then you must vote for them instead of convincing people why they deserve your vote

How do you expect the black folk to their culture when they were subjected to slavery and segregation for centuries?

People like you always forget how many years it took, how many atrocities, protests and fighting the USA did to get to it's current state, how things like good luck, good geography etc. played a key role in shaping USA.

Your complaining about Dangote being cruel to their workers - go and read about Robber Barrons

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robber_baron_(industrialist)

Your post didn't give any new insight, just the same usual predictable whitewashing.

We have to know our strengths and weaknesses before we can undertake a proper building of Nigeria, but you can't properly analyze your strengths if your living in a fantasy.

I heard you say good luck and my phone fell off my hand.
Your insanity actually knocked it off.

Since moving to America in 2023, I've been impressed by the country's infrastructure, including steady electricity, good roads, clean water, and gas etc. However, I've also noticed some flaws, such as gun violence and mental health issues.

One thing that struck me is that many Americans seem to have forgotten their history and culture especially the black folks. Additionally, there's a tendency to complain excessively about every issues.

Despite these issues, I've been impressed by the job market. Many companies, such as Amazon, UPS, Walmart, McDonald's, and Costco etc , offer well-paying jobs with benefits, even for those without certifications or experience. These jobs often come with benefits like medical insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.

In contrast, I've noticed that many Nigerian companies, such as Dangote Industries, Jumia, Chicken Republic and other big companies, don't seem to offer the same level of employment opportunities or benefits. Which are in same category as the companies mentioned above in America. Many workers in Nigeria earn low wages and are mistreated by management, even when these companies earn billions of naira annually.

It's time for us to ask important questions and seek solutions. We need to move beyond tribalism and religion and focus on creating a more equitable society.

*Solutions:*
1. *Increased employment opportunities*: Nigerian companies should strive to create more jobs and offer better benefits.
2. *Vocational training*: Companies can provide training programs to help employees develop new skills.
3. *Improved working conditions*: Employers must treat their workers with dignity and respect, providing safe and healthy working conditions.
4. *Government *: The government should implement policies to workers and hold companies able for their treatment of employees.

Let's work together to create a better future for Nigeria. What your take
Well, you are correct to some extent. However, Amazon, JP Morgan, and the rest you mentioned don’t suffer electricity problems, bad roads, insecurity, corruption, and much more. Companies in Nigeria have their own challenges militating against their progress. We need to appreciate this fact as well.

You are right bro, please keep hammering on the anomaly in Nigerian System of Jobs/ Employment.e.g Why should Big Company like Dangote refused to pay good Wages to their Worker, including Insurance, Compensation Packages to their workers ,

I’ve been meaning to ask you.
Since you ed Trump so loudly before the election. Now he’s coming for your country, how do you feel about that? I mean it’s easy to him when you feel his negative policies will only affect other people. Now he’s bent on throwing your country’s economy in a recession. Are you still a Trump er?

Not to keep my foot on your neck but I always encourage people to care what happens to others even if it doesn’t affect them directly. And I wish more Americans did that before this election. We wouldn’t be in this mess now.

But don’t be discouraged, most Americans (including me) are standing with and ing you Canadians. Take care of yourself.

You can start the process by coming back to start your own company aka business....you can start small...employ like 5 staffs and pay them well.....give them medical insurance, pension and housing....from there you can then start a campaign to create more good paying jobs in Nigeria using yourself and your company as an example to inspire others.

What do you think? wink
I’m already doing that
I own five mega bet9ja shops, 2 mini gas station, one event center and a 3 star hotel all in delta state
I’ve 33 staff in total and they don’t work more than 8hours a day which is rotation on a weekly basis
They are all covered under the AIICO insurance
They have health and injury insurance
Apart from pension and life insurance which I’m working on as my business grow
And also all are entitled to 150k yearly for school each if you decide to go to school
They all have 3weeks off paid in a year
And I pay all above minimum wage
The lowest I pay is 40k a month

These are things I see here and I’m bringing them back home And I’m planning to retire home
No matter what Nigeria is home
But guess what
We have politicians who come here
See this things but won’t replicate but steal and enrich them selfs and no body is asking questions

In America the system works to hold you responsible for wrong doing no matter who you’re
Even if you’re too big the institution’s will disgrace you to the public eye

We can’t continue like this in Nigeria
We need to change

This silly comparison between Nigeria and the U.S. needs to stop. Both countries have different histories, different economic systems and different political structures. America is a capitalist society and Nigeria operates a mixed economy. The U.S. is 400 years old while Nigeria is approaching 65 years. Nigerians should be looking at countries with similar cultures, origins such as Malaysia which gained independence 3 years before us, South Korea and even Mexico which has more in common with Nigeria than the U.S.

No lies..

It is quite shameful that in Nigeria, the leaders are intentionally suffering the masses with no hope in sight...
what our politicians fear about good leadership that, if we are given such benefits and freedom like it is done in those developed countries... They won't be able to manipulate us to vote every nonsense they represent to us as a leader.

They know what they are doing. Just want to impoverished us to control us.

Please can you elaborate on this please, I'm intrigued.
black Americans have forgotten who they’re
Majority of them only care about sex, drugs ,money and don’t want to work for it

The struggle of the likes of Martin Luther king jr, Malcom x and other notable blacks who struggled to to free lot of them from racism don’t count to them

An avarage black American boy just want to Bleep, make easy money and blame it on the white man. 80% of the girls from 17 to 40 are all single mothers
Brother impregnating sisters without any consequences
Very disrespectful set of people and selfish too
No culture
A mother and a daughter can date and Bleep one man without shame
No collectiveness among them. They hate each other. Have a small misunderstanding with a black man, the next thing he’s ready to shoot you with a gun
America a large segregated country
But look at the Mexican or say the Latinos and the Indians
Most fuel stations and restaurants franchise are own by the Indians
Most big head companies are headed by either the Spanish or the Chinese
They fight to absorb their people into position to make it easy for them. What does a black man do, all he do is complain and use slavery as an excuse
So many race fell to slavery but are doing well
What is wrong with the black
Let leave america
Go to most Caribbean countries where black occupies
Nothing to show despite have close proximity with America
Go to Jamaica
Go to Barbados
Go Antigua Etc
Nothing
All they care is sex and booz

For 5 gun violence 3 involve black American
They feel the world owe them something and it makes me sad
Even the black who are wealthy to do something are not doing anything

It sad

Comparing America to Nigeria in all ramifications is like trekking from Lagos to Maiduguri!

Gun violence is more here. Many are undocumented! The amount of gun violence that bandits, herdsmen, unknown gun men etc unleash on Nigerians is terrible!

Mental health issues in Nigeria is enormous, but unfortunately very few are diagnosed owing to the fact that we don't consider it as a sickness. Many are taken to religious homes and herbalists. In Nigeria, very many people are mad, (without even knowing) only that very few are roaming!

oga no dey compare the gun violence wey dey USA to that of Nigeria abeg

Nigeria doesn't experience much gun violence over there in USA it's normal
