You may not care as much about your roots, but I do. The Global South has been treated badly by the US and the time to tolerate, give excuses, or hope for the best are over. From interventionism to economic warfare, the Global South has had enough. Interestingly, American citizens have little input in the actions of the State Department. It is the desire of the collective Global South that Washington and its G7 club of hyenas are brought down several pegs so that the relentless sociopolitical offensive can subside. Hopefully, that'll spark some introspection that'd bring serious changes in how the US relates with the South. And then you said in a different post “ I'm also now looking forward to the next crash of the US economy.” Yep, you're cherry-picking statements with intent to mislead. The US economy has troughs and crests. It's a normal cycle. We've had the longest period of economic growth going all the way back to WW2. We're overdue for a crash. Now, in the immediate post-Cold War era, the US polity had no powerful rivals and was relaxed in how it handled economic downturns. With multipolarism now a foregone conclusion and the rise of BRICS, we're back to the Cold War era. Back then, economic downturns elicited a fierce response to get back to growth as quickly as possible. I anticipate a repeat/return of that policy MO. Such that the next crash will be a stunning opportunity to add zeroes to my net worth. You put a lot of act into appearing objective but your anti American sentiment can’t help but manifest itself inbetween the lines. America is fallible. America has made avoidable mistakes. An intense competitive environment will benefit America. It has spent decades trying to enforce a horrendous echelon where it unilaterally picks winners and losers. That era is naturally ending. To meet the demands of the new world order, America needs far-reaching reforms. Everyone recognizes this. And it is why Trump won the election and the political and business class have been mildly ive of his agenda. Cutting waste and reducing bloat. Slashing the illegal alien population and reforming legal migration routes. Taking a sledgehammer to the existing regulatory regime. Rewriting its economic rules of engagement with allies and foes alike. These moves and more are necessary to compete with an ascendant Global South and my financial health requires their rapid implementation sooner than later. The Dems had a chance to hit reset, but they do not have the political will. They prefer to focus on inanities like flying pride flags in embassies, putting tampons in men's bathrooms, organizing drag and commemorative shows, coining new acronyms to feed a wildly overrated consultancy complex, and pursuing the same old, tired routines that have caused so much pain in the Global South.
