select the location and move forward, then go to ois portal to check for availability of date .

As for the annotations it's on your visa page so you didn't have any reason to look at the annotations when answering those questions?

Ideal with the same issue for two applicants around October a d I was able to solve it on Dec. Even if you still want to pay afresh you won't be able to solve the issue because still their profile are already exist on AVITS portal.

After making the payment, do they generate a Ref. No for you to insert on the AVITS page after the payment. Because that's what you can use get to the next stage of your appointment. If not I think there is an error somewhere else

I need help. I've made MRV payment since November through FBNonline and it's yet to be validated till now. I can't access the appointment scheduling platform.

I've raised tickets, sent emails to Nigeria@avits and lagosNIV@state, called the customer care and used the chat box. They all promised to escalate and I can't see the result.

Please who knows how this can be resolved.

They won't allow you to start afresh because the profiles were already existing on AVITS portal. They best way is to keep on mounting pressure on the consular s for the way out.

Applied since 20th September; and since then haven't been able to schedule interview; raising ticket via the avits portal is so unreliable and complete waste of time; took the advise of people on this platform to send email to [email protected];

Today I got an email which doesn't really solve the problem; is anyone in this kind of situation and got this kind of email response from the consulate?

I also received the same email. Weird thing is that the email address is for the old service provider. I paid in March 2024, my appointment in the old system got cancelled and never got rebooked in the new system and i've not been able to get a date ever since. I've sent that email more times than i can count. It's quite frustrating.

I paid the MRV fees by making a deposit at a local First Bank branch.

I entered my Amentum number on AVITS after 48 hours (as recommended) with the hope to access the scheduling calender. But I haven't been able to get past this stage. I have raised multiple tickets and the responses have been that the issue has been escalated to the Desk, yet, no resolution.

I also emailed the addresses shared here but there is still no resolution.

Thank you for the guidance. Whenever I enter the reference number and the date, it logs me out. If I and try again, I get logged out again.

By the way, did anyone try calling any of the embassy/consulate phone number shared during the weekend, please?

Yea, keep on inserting it for another two or three times and wait till tomorrow. That's how it will be doing for the next 24hrs, by this time tomorrow it must have allowed you to the next stage to schedule your appointment. That's what you supposed to have done since. It's not the amentum No you should have put, it's the Bank reference code.

Just wait till the next 24hrs.
