I like the fact that Mexico is standing toe to toe with the US and not cowering like a frightened puppy. Trump should not be allowed to take unilateral and irascible decisions and treat Mexico like a sub par. For H1B, you must have a company that sponsored you, which was never the case.

For J1 Visa, it means you are an exchange student restricted to work.
