The banks, I’m yet to do my analysis for the others but I think the dilution effect is not that bad for Zenith. They’re adding 8bn shares which are not going to be alloted for the FY results. Based on 2024 9M annualized, FY EPS without dilution is about N35. And I’m hoping to see a very strong final dividend

When we factor in dilution, it is N28 based on the same annualized 9M results. I’d like to think they’d grow profit next year also

It only shows that there is some level of ''uncertainty'' or ''unknowns'' in the decisions or actions that we make/take, even in investing or investment considerations and permutations. It does not give anybody (or you) the right to talk down or judge anyone's sense of judgement or reasoning.

If you care to know, my expected exit price for Oando (in case the buy-out happens) was around N10-N15. Hence, I am not under any pressure to sell or buy, even if it gets to N100 or crashes to N30. I would have sold long ago if I were to be under any anxiety or pressure.
