The approval of Bola Ahmed Tinubu Polytechnic in Abuja by the Nigerian government is a significant step toward improving higher education in the country. This move reflects the government's commitment to expanding access to quality technical education. The directive for the FCT Ministry to ensure the timely establishment of the polytechnic shows the government's focus on development and infrastructure.

So of all Place they decided AMAC and Gwarimpa of all places in FCT is the suitable location? Kuje, Kwali Or Abaji would have been more reasonable.

More looting

More money to be made.

And wike still moving like he's some kind of god

It rarely every ends well,

As usual nobody will complain but deep down we all know they won't finish the project but the money will be paid out quickly
indirectly, so long as Wike is involved, that project will surely be completed to the fullest but be rest assured that kickbacks must as well be made!......

Saturday Jibes: Tinubu Is A Lucky Man!!

1999-2007, Obj attempted a complete removal of fuel subsidy. He failed.

2007-2009, Yaradua couldn't stomach the hike in fuel price foisted on him by Obj. He reverted!

2009-2015, Jonathan was harangued. He increased the pump price. It was rejected. He reduced.

2015-2023, Buhari increased the pump price of fuel. Buhari couldn't go any further.

From 1999-2023, billions and trillions of naira were wasted on fuel subsidy.

Check am!

Nigeria's fuel consumption is around 5m litres/day. Subsidy was paid for about 60m ltrs/day of fuel import receipts.

Criminality! Check out the logic!

Nigeria imports 60m litres of subsidized fuel per day.

Nigerians consume only about 5m litres out of this 60m ltres.

About 55m litres of fuel, subsidized by Nigerian govt, were smuggled to Cameroon, Benin, Niger and beyond or never imported but paid for.

This is a mess! Past presidents tolerated from 1999-2023!? Unbelievable!

All the while, our national refineries were sabotaged. TAMs could resuscitate any of them.

Tens and thousands of certificates were issued to investors to build refineries in Nigeria.

Who invests in an economy where there is no price security?

Now, fuel subsidy is gone. The sector is deregulated completely. Price war is here!

Leadership needs people with balls!! Hard balls!

Tinubu came screaming "emilokan". Some said Tinubu is gone. He survived.

Tinubu came screaming "fuel subsidy is gone". Some thought he was mad but things remain quiet.

Dangote Refinery is operating independently without subsidy demands.

Our refineries are creeping back to life, one after another.

Tinubu's LG autonomy is now a reality. Past Presidents dreaded!

Tinubu's Tax Reform Bill got some people threatening. The 36 governors have accepted and endorsed it.

Student Loan! Another masterstroke! Our past presidents didn't think about it.

Leadership needs balls! Patriotism needs balls too!!

Don't count it an achievement when we squander the future of our children today.

Misplaced priorities; as it is Nigeria has too many tertiary institutions.......why should another be added which will consequently increase the recurrent expenditures by a certain percentage all because of massaging the egos of some people angry angry angry

A welcome development. The Federal government should rename NNAMDI AZIKIWE University to BOLA AHMED TINUBU University.

This is what Nigerians want. Tinubu is greater than Azikiwe

Why locate the school in Gwarinpa? It would be nice if the school is located in one the area councils apart from AMAC.
same thought came to my mind, why Gwarimpa?

The first government polytechnic in Abuja is a commendable initiative.

However, I strongly believe that the government should reconsider establishing polytechnics in areas that are not easily accessible to all students.

Unfortunately, the current location in Gwarinpa is not ideal, as it is expensive and not conducive for student life.

I implore Minister Wike to explore alternative locations, such as AMAC and Kwali, which would be more suitable and affordable for students.

However, polytechnic is needless, a waste of time and money... No one deserves to waste their youthful age in a polytechnic.

Misplaced priority for people who don't value education.
No wonder, they wanted us to a third class man over a first class student.

Name one school, obi built during his eight years tenure as a governor.

Jealous people
