It's frozen and it is commonly sold in middle east stores. They are called molokhai and sometimes jute.

Mackerel has bones but they're easy to see and pick out. Salmon is the fish with little to no bones, depending on the cut.

Locs- baby loc, dread loc, sister loc etc- hard for me.

I like it on those with the styles but not me.

Drumsticks stuffed with dirty rice and spicy roasted three -color carrots. My favorite is white, then purple, then orange. Hubby doesn't eat beef or pork, so no dirty rice. Made him an adobe chicken breast salad. Seasoned the salad with olive oil, lemon, salt, black pepper, and the juices from the chicken.
