DQ February 2023
Is it advisable to transfer to cotonou?
Do they not have back logs?
Can anyone who has transferred to cotonou assist me with the overall process and requirements of transferring my case from Nigeria to cotonou? And how long did it take for you to receive your visa after transferring?
Are there any specific challenges I should be aware of?

They are at 22Nov15 against your PD of Aug 2015. I think you may get IL soon because they've ed you. I think it is the DQ doing its thingy. Just chill and don't forget Trump istration may not hasten much for legal migration.

Thanks bro, I have already booked my medicals online at Q-Life Family Clinic. I have been meaning to ask which is the latest tax year. Is it 2023 or 2024? My petitioner said 2023 is the latest tax year, said 2024 tax has not been filed yet..

Lastly, if my petitioner send her tax papers in a pdf format through email to me; do they qualify as original documents when I print them out? Or do they have to use courier service to send the hard copies of the documents to me? Foolish questions, I know 😂😂 but I have to dot all my Is and cross my Ts like you said.

Also Mom will likely immigrate this year as LPR, should I wait till that time to file F2b for me?? I heard that one is faster. Please I need help. Kindly advise me based on your experience.

It depends on how many years is left on your F4 waiting time. If it’s less than 5 years wait time on your F4, I suggest you should just wait for it. But if your F4 is still in its early stage, I would suggest your mom should petition for you once she gets her LPR. If your mom petitions for you, it will take a maximum of 5 years.
