Is that flyover really necessary? I don’t know why some of the past governors and and even Hope had always wanted that assumption cathedral to remove or deface that Joseph, Mary and Jesus effigy.
Secondly, forget owerri no dey get light. Na individuals Dey produce their own light through solar and generators, No general good pipe borne water, again just individual effort through boreholes. In neatness yes I give it to owerri but Douglas road is a mess.

Talking about insecurity, the town seems secure unless you’re a political enemy then men from Tiger base will whisk you away to unknown destination.
