At least you have learnt what you shouldn't repeat in your next interview.

Do some brief anti-anxiety exercises (there are many on Youtube), while responding to questions, be calm with your pace.

Next time request for a virtual interview. Most companies rarely do one on one interview these days. Give them the impression that you're currently working and would prefer a virtual interview.

You'll be more relaxed than a one on one interview.

Sorry just read that keypad typed ugly. Well one might develop cold feet sometimes when you are in the hot sit. Just have to keep trying and learn to manage your anxiety. Interview preparation tips on youtube might just help. Cheers.

It's okay don't be too hard on yourself. I was embarrassed last month for a micro-teaching for a state tescom recruitment. The interviewer changed the topic I was to present which I av prepared for to the one that suited him and expected me to keep the flow. Did the little and left the hall for them...
