Please before you start outbounding a geodomain, it would be nice to search the location e g los Angeles on Google then click news to see n confirm there isn't any natural disasters occuring there. because some end-s in such locations may be interested in purchasing your domain but due to the humanitarian crisis caused by the disasters they are facing, may not have the time or zeal to reply you at that particular period. So if you notice the whole city/ state is going through some stuff like that, just work on other cities domains that are disaster free until some few weeks later wen the dust has settled, then you can come back to work on the ones you left. Another instance is the severe winter storms across like 14 states.

Was planning to work on a Los Angeles name but when I saw d wild fire news, I decided to postpone it. Even your follow up-replies, too may be low that's why it's better to Postpone all actions on such domains til the disasters have subsided to a minimal level.

I believe that isn't good enough, 99% going back to domain acquisition, is a bad business decision, diversify your investment by investing in what you can easily turn into money in case of emergency, like land, stock, piggyvest etc. I once made that mistake, but now I have received sense.

“in of emergency” hmm, you have a point on that, if not for that “emergency” statement, I would have argue with you on that, buying land and buying a good domain name are almost thesame thing, A good domain also increases in value but require patience to be sold, so for emergency, it might not serve that purpose because you have to wait for a buyer.
