Forgive my ignorance but what did Dangote gain from pumping the price up? I did not see any corporate disclosure relating to his sale of shares? So what did he really gain from the failure of the Dangote foods merger

The guy man knows the rules but he deliberately scammed investors. If na saner climes, he should be in prison for deceit

What are the other banks doing wrong to be achieving 30% margin while GTCO is doing double that?

Return on equity of 20% and above is good enough.

That of GTB is due to efficiency.

A look at the return on their total asset will give a better picture.

The return on equity of 41% by Access should be driven by debt

He was to merge 3 companies together. 2 were known but 1 was yet to be known. So the unknown one which SEC give a red flag is the cause of the merger not happening...

CILEASING

There was a post where op said the stock closed at 4.25 yday and that is not CILEASING. Anyway no need to dey do guess work, anyone that wants to share will name the stock voluntarily.

Understood, but the initial post suggests that he intentionally pumped the price up. He did not sell any of his shares (or at least he did not disclose sale of shares to the public). So can we really say he intentionally pumped the price of the stock if he did not benefit from it materially?

I also do not understand why the transaction got to such a late stage before they discovered that one of the 3 companies was non-operational and therefore the deal cannot go through. Should that not have been discussed at the start?

We always look for who to blame. We should stop and take responsibility.
The Rice company is ed, have assets etc, how do you think it can scale through the huddles of coming into NSE if it is how you painted it.

There is nothing that stops anyone from going to find out before bringing out their money to chase DSR like herds. Shares must move when bid are chasing it and that is the rule and Aliko Dangote has no hand in that. FOMO is not anyones friend.

SEC stopped it last year for some reasons and there is nothing saying they won't accept the merger once the issues are cleared.

If you are buy shares, know that it can go up or down, do your own research, do your own diligence, visit the physical market, industry, talk to management if you must so that you can make informed decisio. That is better than blaming innocent people for your misfortune. What stops us from starting our own company?

Stock market is like an elephant, it depends which side of it you face. Some people made a kill when people were rushing, bought at 30, sold at 70, now bought more and 30. I will rather know how it works. do my own diligence as the CEO of my portfolio than to be whining over people that do not even know I exist..

I bet DangSugar would be selling at N5 right now if not for the news of the fake merger. Dangote knew exactly what he was doing. He sold the news of the fake merger and got it all hyped , before the first of the terrible quarter on quarter DangSugar result started coming out.

He went ahead to make it look like the DangRice is big enough to serve the entire Africa and beyond ... Imagine tell prospective investors that Fourteen (14) ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each in DSR, credited as fully paid-up shares, for every One (1) ordinary shares of N1.00 Kobo each in DRL share, which totals 2,775,792,508 new ordinary shares of DSR.

For a Rice that doesn't exist, rice with zero revenue. DangSugar that is supposed to be selling between ₦5 - ₦10 right now is now selling at ₦32 because so many of that bought on the news of the fake merger are now stuck and we can't push the sell button because the loss is just too much.

A lot of us have decided to wait it out. Maybe the price will improve when the backward integration is in full effect. Maybe the DangRice and the merger will eventually come on board. A lot of maybes now. We are now living in hopeville.

It is well.

Something weird is going on in JAPAULGOLD...
What could this be?? 🤔

Looks like same person holding CHAMS down is also on Japaul's case....
The supplier doesn't seems to have exhaust the volume yet, maybe he accumulated the huge volumes and should this be the time to keep distorting the share prices?

We hope time touchlight what's happening or the person behind it.

Chams starts in green, ends in neutral. Japaul starts in green, ends in red. This has been the trend for the 2 siamese twins for the most part of the last 1 year. Loco don enter one chance

The person (or maybe alien) has been on their cases for too long a time now......
Wonder what he's deriving from crashing the share prices....even when all penny stocks were moving up.

Not a matter of one chance if I may say, he can't keep them down forever.
Similar thing was done with Honey flour, PRESTIGE, UNIVINSURE and REGALINS but he got tired eventually.

Meanwhile, among all the Trans Stocks, it's looking like only TRANSPOWER is remaining to "work on" now....

you are quite right.

The willing buyer and seller always show up with this similar volumes to dpress the price. Maybe the seller is helping the buyer keep the price low so he can do all the accumulation.

They will run out of steam eventually. Afterall their holdings is not unlimited

Ikeja Hotel and Cornerstone both feature on my watchlist as well. Ikeja is really undervalued. The only downside to the stock is the low dividend performance for long termers who may be fixated on dividend, but may be a good stock for capital appreciation.

Is Transcorp Hotel pulling up Ikeja Hotel?

If you noticed, Japaul has been appearing on the volume table for quite a long time without any possible price appreciation to justify it.
Seems TA guys could not explain the situation either. 😊

It looks like they're deliberately keeping the price down as much as possible for whatever reason is best known the buyer and seller.

Why I was mostly concern is that Japaul and CHAMS can't see penny stock price appreciation actions without taking part in it........
If AUSTINLAZ could the train, why won't the two do better?

Greetings, Analysts Snr and Jnr.

Could Chams be involved in any way, in the roll out of the planned new, multi-purpose national Id card?

Loco any info? Though you may not be an unbiased reporter, I'm afraid. grin

Yes. The Afrigo card. There was something in the news about them doing some trials on the card. That is the only prayer for this 20% gross margin "technology" firm.
