I so desperately wish that I'm In your situation, It'd have been a lot better than what I'm currently going through.

I do take tramadol every single day of my life, two days ago I decided to quit for good, I didn't take my usual 400mg for 24 hours plus, and I was literally dying, I nearly got accident when I was on the road driving, when I got to my destination, I couldn't sit, I had to look for somewhere to lie down for as long as I could. I also forgot to mention that two days ago when I refused to take it, I could not get up to charge my phone or long the doors before retiring to bed, I left the door and protector open because I was feeling too weak to stand up.

It's also note worthy that I sex on a daily basis, there's no day on earth that I don't have raw sex with different prostitutes, In which I normally take tramadol 400mg, two guiness stout, two black bullet, one Jekonmo or Kondo, fearless and two Vega 100.

These are my daily combo, I mean I take all these combinations every single day of my life. Every blessed day of my life.

You need rehabilitations. First stop depending on them as a source of happiness or energy. The drugs only give you an illusion of happiness it is not real happiness. Start using the gym or try work out sessions first thing when you wake up. Instead of spending money on tramol spend your money on activities that will keep you in a positive mood. Go to the mall buy some shawarma or suya or take a girl out. The only cure for addiction is replacing it with another less harmful addiction, which will make you forget the harmful one. The earlier you stop the better for you before it lands you where you don’t want to be. Just like the person above that said his friend stopped after going to jail.

Sorry about your drug addiction.you should be determined to stop taking hard drugs by ing service arms like choir or singles forum or usher unit of your church. The church activities may contribute in taking your mind off hard drugs. The church could assist you in getting another job.

Do away with friends that are into hard drugs so that they do not negatively influence your decision to quite taking hard drugs

Bro, only you can make the decision and abide by it no matter what. I was once into Tramadol abuse, but one day I realised the health implications and decided to quit it.

I feel for you man but that issue of having raw sex with different prostitutes is another form of addiction on it's own.
You need to fight that addiction because you are putting your health at risk.

Mehn is not easy o, I started taking ref, codeine and tramadol two years after secondary school and that was 2010 still I finished uni. No be say I dey buy am with my money o, My dad if a pharmacist so I do help him in is shop.. That was when everything started. But I thank God I stopped, from 2 bottles and day to 1 bottle a day, Na so I take stop everything o, I think it took me like close to 1 month, since then If anybody go joke with me say weda I go drink codeine or pop ref😡I fit break bottle for the person head..

Funny you, Someone ask for an advice and I gave my own advice because I have watched on TV where you NAFDAC do announce that anyone that needs help to be free from drugs addiction should their office. So what is na the rubbish you are typing above.

Abi if you have money there is a place somewhere in lekki a rehab.

Migrating to a better country where you can't get it without prescriptions helped me.

I know how you feel but to quit na gradually,I begin Dey popping TM when a tablet be 20naira 150 for card then ref na 50naira,bottle of codine na like 600… Omo no be small thing, then once you don Dey on trips you go just Dey get joy like say millions enter your .. the worst part about pills be say if you Dey take 250mg before you know watin Dey sup 250mg no go Dey give you that vibes so you need to do extra 250mg to catch up making 500mg… the highest I have been on a day was 1250mg and my friend was on 1750, Mehn I no fit forget that day t’was just as if I was floating in air guy!!!. Did that sh!t for over 5years before quitting.

This how I stop.

You can’t stop it over night it’s impossible the process might take months but it’s your determination and for your own good. first of all I started by reducing the mg intake, as it was 250mg i do take i started braking it into two and take one keep one for the next day, from that I started skipping a days without taking it till I stopped taking it finally. You will get withdrawal symptoms like hard to fall asleep, fever, headaches, tiredness. What you need is exercise and always be hydrated. in my time I do skipping and push ups so I can be weak and be able to sleep at night. whenever you are feeling headache or high body temperature just take paracetamol and please no let taking paracetamol master you o.. na so me take overcome my own… wish you safe on your own recovery journey.

OP, copy this guy's opinion and write it down somewhere and let it be your guide. Last year I was struggling with alcohol too, but I gradually over came it by doing other activities such as reading when I am not working, and now I even hate the smell of alcohol. I still take red wine once in a while though. And also avoid going to places and hanging out with friends that makes you fall back into this addiction. If you can not fight this battle go to a rehab and properly sort yourself out

Although my own was not drugs, I was addicted to gambling, masturbation, watching pornography, stealing, visiting brothels. It was a terrible addiction my brother. It nearly wrecked my life.

All these advice they are giving you cannot stop it, this is the hard truth. There is nothing like stopping it gradually.

When I stopped gambling for instance, I stopped it permanently, I didn't stop it gradually. You need to have an encounter with a higher power to break this addiction.
