Indeed the PH refinery is working, even if not optimally yet, but it's churning out petroleum products. I visited there about three days before Christmas in the company of a family friend who's an Abuja politician.

I can't say same about the Warri refinery until I equally visit before the month ends.

That's not true. Whether you like Tinubu or not, if he is successful with the things he is trying to do, Nigeria will be a vastly different place whenever the next president takes over. I understand that the masses may be more concerned with their immediate needs, but the changes he is working on are deep structural issues that can fundamentally change the dynamics of the country:

1. Tax reform
2. State police
3. Local government autonomy
4. Diversification with expanding exploitation of non-oil minerals
5. Significant push on security.
6. Eradication of subsidies (partly Buhari's legacy)
7. Liberalisation of electricty management (partly Buhari's legacy)
8. Eradication of domestic use of usd

These measures will create a more equitable federal structure that empowers the States and local governments to make governance local, and eradicate the dependency on the federal government that leads to so much corruption, patronage and general inefficiency.

How long does it take Dangote a private person to build from scratch? What also stops Buhari from fixing it in the whole of his 8 years sinking billions of dollars with nothing to show? Someone who is even yet to spend two years in office has achieved what all former president couldn't do since 1999, even one of them vowed to the grave that no one can fix it.
