The tax reform is a good bill but not good for some states. You may ask why I said so? It seems you don't really understand the governors grouse. Investors don't just over night swarm a state. Taking for example, the security of a state is on paper in the hand of the governor but in reality is in the hand of the president. The president dictate who should be in any state at any time. The economy policy of the nation is solely in the hand of the president too. All these issues must be taken to consideration before such tax reform policy can work for many states.
