With your degree you fall in CAT A so you can apply and get AD within weeks but ensure you have AL and possibly BA or SL to present
But dont apply without AL most importantly

The issue on ground now is that he has no AL and BA atm
His appointment is scheduled for 27.01.2025

Should he still.show up at the embassy ?

I got answer to this he had his appointment cancelled till he gets AL

Few people here waited for a year and the half for appointment and finally landed in those who could not wait, explored other routes.

You're not in a good spot. ission letter is the most critical aspect of the interview. Message your school asap and see if they can issue you a new one. If you read the bottom part of your AD, you'll notice they're trying to be more strict on those without ission or SL/BA

Its not yet active for student visas. So far, that's the medium used fo the opportunity card. Its kinda fast

If you don't have ission and BA/SL, just forget it. You can't postpone your appointment anylonger. They'll ask you to cancel

I applied since Dec 2022 I'm yet to get an appointment date.

I applied October 2022 and I got date two weeks ago scheduled for 21st January 2025
