So playing politics with 200m lives is justified in your opinion?

Tomorrow, people like you will call yourselves 'patriots'. Self serving hypocrites.

A man tells you not to accept what is good for you and then goes back and gives you something worse and you say it is just politics?

Anyway, it is your type that prioritises buying new cars while you don't pay school fees for your children, so not surprised.
well your opinion bro, but the fact is politicians are politicians and common men for themselves what I want you to know is that no matter who solve the problem among them someone like me don't care I just want things to better if Jonathan think they witch-hunt him let him to gather people to protest in fact we need the protest now more than that time....try to get the drift bro.

Your are entitled to your opinion, but cut out the 'bro'. If you are that young, do not assume everyone on this forum is as young as you are.

You may have no qualms being lied to and deceived, that is your choice. Others want to hold those in power able.

If a politician promises something, he should be held to . If circumstances require that he changes or goes against his promises, then he need to accept responsibility and provide an explanation to the people he leads.

Hope you get the drift.

Lol so all first class always go for masters/PhD? You are just as dull as Obi.

Not every first class do lecturing job, if you secure a nice paying job out of school, you have no business going for PhD. Tinubu left school and got a job in Consulting, why will he need to go back to school? Same person wey work for Mobil and walk his way to the top.

Obi is a dullard. It is not in the constitution whether to submit Waec but ya’ll criticized Buhari for submitting only WAEC but hypocritically defend Obi for submitting same. If Obi is proud of his university education, why is he scared to submit it to INEC? Could it be that he does not want people to know he is a dullard?

Don’t compare Tinubu to Obi again abeg, Obi is a tested dullard.
What are we saying, what are you saying? Are we talking of lecturing job. Is it all first class graduates that go into lecturing?
Mr. Man, no known first class graduates that doesn't go for either second degree or masters. We are not even talking of doctoral degree here. Even if they got international job, it is same international organisation that always sponsor their masters or second degree. Many of them even decline some jobs offer to them, as to further their career.

Mr. Man, all the first class graduates I have seen in my little up to 50 years of my age have gone back to acquire either masters or second degree in the field of their employment. Stop backing nonsense.

Even at that as an , he suppose to have added even if just one istrative cert to his first degree but he didn't not till date. What an audio first class.

Mr. Man, I have not heard Obi saying anything about not submitting his first degree to INEC but personally studying his certificates, I discovered he saved himself from litigation. His first degree is bearing his local name but other certs are not bearing that name. That might have prompted his resolve not to tender it. But he submitted same in 2019 when he contested as VP to Atiku and he has been submitting when he was to contest as a governor. The same cert is all over the net and not a hidden cert.

However, him not submitting it, he has not broken any rule. Aregbesola also have Polytechnic cert but always submitting school cert. There are many like that.

Sadly, Nigerians suffer from Amnesia. They have completely forgotten how BAT campaigned tirelessly against subsidy removal during a period when the Nigerian economy could have better absorbed the negative effects of its removal.

If BAT campaigned against subsidy removal as an ordinary citizen or ex-governor and his opinion still overturned that of whoever the siting president then was, that still justifies what Kalu claimed that BAT is a very bold individual.

That is not boldness but hypocrisy and unprincipled man. You don't say one thing today because it was convenient for you and by tomorrow say another thing, it makes you unprincipled fellow.
Meanwhile, the boldness Kalu is talking about is what I didn't see. Boldness to dip Nigerians to more poverty and penury by his policies. Hope you're aware that stat shows that over 130m Nigerians are now below poverty line while over 88m are in extreme poverty because of senseless polices. Policies that serves to punish the downtrodden at the expense of the few in the country. They claimed that it was few cabal that was benefitting in the fuel subsidy and instead of them to fight those surchanging the masses, they instead prefer to punish the masses because of few that are not up to 200 people. Only unwise president does that and the unwise citizens that are also facing the impact clapping for them for subjecting them to avoidable poverty and starvation.

Do you think deep down Kalu vein, you think it goes down well with him that people are suffering because of the policies of his party?
If not because Nigerians are resilient people, many people would have taken into different vices. There is no amount of heat Nigerians cannot endure but we must know that every human beings have elastic limit. It will get to a time, they will get to yield point and yawa go gas.

I schooled in USA too just like Tinubu. Only probably 10% - 15% undergraduates go for second degree. Infact, most student that graduate with honors just get job right from college there.

Shey person wey spend almost $70k for undergrad that rack up loans, na em you go talk say make he go do MSc blow another $24k when he can easily secure a $100k annual job right out of college.

Come USA, na foreigners dominate graduate school and that’s basically because Americans don’t generally like MSc/phd and it’s mostly from the financial aspect reason.

Mr. Man, all the first class graduates I have seen in my little up to 50 years of my age have gone back to acquire either masters or second degree in the field of their employment. Stop backing nonsense.
Well you are limited by your experience. I am telling you what’s obtainable in USA where Tinubu got his degree from. Ask anyone around, first class (honors) here will get a good job directly out of college and only few pursue masters/phd.

The first class here won’t even settle for lecturing job because they pay them peanuts compared to normal industry.

Even at that as an , he suppose to have added even if just one istrative cert to his first degree but he didn't not till date. What an audio first class.
He does not need it. He rose to the pinnacle of his career already in the private sector and has been a full time politician since 1993/1999 or so. He has nothing to prove to anyone.

So you mean he is a dubious person who knowingly did not submit his certificate coz it is against the electoral law. Don’t you know name mismatch is a ground for problem coz we’ve had instances where people get sanctioned for that on their certificates.

Few presidents are able to wield it well and if you lack the balls normally, I’m sorry it will be pretty hard to wield it.

Sanwoolu is an example of a weak governor. Wike is an example of a strong governor. While you can argue Wike is somehow seems brutal, but politics in Nigeria require some level of balls or else, they will just keep influencing everything you do.

If ordinary activist threaten Sanwo, you will see him running across the stations explaining but Wike will stand by his decision and tell heaven to fall.

Why did BAT protest against the removal of subsidy in 2012 since that was the right decision?

Why did BAT protest against pms at N145 after subsidy removal in 2012 but is proud today that pms sells at N1000?

Why did BAT say the exchange rate of N217:$1 in 2014 was too high but is proud of the rate at N1600:$1 today?

Why did BAT promise to bring down the exchange rate to N300:$1 but his sycophants now want Nigerians to believe N1600 is a 'good' rate?

BAT has never had the interest of Nigeria at heart, but his own selfish agenda.

Mr. Man, Tinubu graduated from Chicago University and got job with Mobil Oil and was transferred to Nigeria. No firm that doesn't want the improvement of her staff all over the world. In less than 12 he worked as an ant in the firm, he doesn't thought it wise to have ordinary ICAN as a supposed first class graduate. Mr. Man, Tinubu is a lazy student.
I am a public servant and I didn't get first class but my organisation has sent me on different courses in my over 15 years in the organisation. Are you saying, an organisation like Mobile didn't send one of their smart brain to any courses and he himself didn't request to add any knowledge to his brain?
No serious organisation will tolerate redundancy, take this from me. Tinubu is just a lazy student of book and nothing less.

A first class graduate with no single certificate added to his certificate since 1979 is what you're defending like this and trying to stitch words togetherness for. O ga o.

You're the one saying he is dubious and you have to prove that beyond doubt that he was dubious. The man had never his his cert, the certificate has been used by him but he felt he should not render it as a result of extreme politics being played by politicians that may lead to litigation of incoherent names not consistent with other certs.

The problem is a Nigerian factor that people uses different names in school. It has affected many people in the past, even Tinubu. There is one of his certificate that is bearing Adekunle while the rest are bearing Ahmed. The inconsistent made them not to tender such certificate. At least people know that Peter Obi is a graduate from Nsukka and he has mates that have come out to say they graduated together and his University have also come out to out credence to his certificate.

The man never graduated from a school established three years after someone said he graduated from the school. A non existent secondary school.

We are talking about the 1980s. It is not a matter of redundancy, not every firm work the same way. My lead at work is a BSc holder and that is his highest level of education. Mr. Man, go and google about Tinubu and be correct about him. Deloitte had claimed that there is no name that bear Bola Tinubu that worked in their organisation but you people are still attaching him to an organisation that never employed him. Go and google search that and stop confusing yourself.
Tinubu got job with Mobil Oil in the 80s and he worked in less than 12 years in all. He was in Nigeria since 80s as staff of Mobile oil. Don't bobo anyone here by your lie. Go and fact check that and come back and edit your comment.

Mr. Man, international corporations placed more on workers development than even government jobs. Stop saying nonsense here please. Your mental development matter to them when you're their staff because they gain more when you are mentally and physically active for them. Even if it is distance learning they don't mind.

Your mentality is all about him obtaining masters degree but it is far from my argument Mr. Man. I am not particular about him getting or obtaining masters degree but as an and as a first class graduate majoring in ing, there are so many windows opened to him, lest we talk of istrative courses as an but he never get one till date. He is a lazy person education wise.

You're the one saying he is dubious because no one has come out to claim his name is not Onwabuisi (I have forgotten the spelling now). You can prove that it wasn't his name by suing him.

I challenge you to bring out where I claimed Tinubu wasn't bearing Adekunle and he stole identity. I challenge you to this.
On the female identity. It was what was appearing on his certificate and was not manufactured. One of his certificates read female. So you can't blame those saying it, you should blame the bearer of the certificate to have allowed his gender to be written female when he is not one. He should have gone for the correction. I think it was the result from his Dailey School. He must take up the responsibility and not blame people for saying the obvious. In my place of work I always correct people with they don't write my name well, same way I do for my children. So many times I had to correct my wife whenever she mis-spelled my children's names.

Stop saying what you have not heard me saying or comment on. I did say it that time, that he did graduated but he used dubious cert to aid his ission and that is just the fact.
How did I know this? You cannot say you graduated from a nonexistent school to aid your ission. He claimed he graduated from Government College, Lagos not in existence in 1970 and the university gave him ission with it.

It is still a known fact that Tinubu is the only first class graduate I have ever seen with first class degree with no single cert attach to it. That's just the fact and no amount of cover up that can erase that.

Don't you think it would have been better for him to risk his life and his second term by fighting the so called cabal that are surchanging the nation and eating fat subsidy than to remove subsidy and plucked the citizens to poverty and penury. Do you know the number of people that that his singular policy has dipped into poverty because of the attendant inflation occasioned with price hike in virtually all goods and services. Today many households cannot survive to meeting daily needs again. Some have resorted to begging. Some have relocated to their villages because of that. Lest we talk about companies and corporations that have folded up and many left the shore of Nigeria because of the economy reality that has bitten the nation.

I think reasonably it would have been better if he fought head-on those cabal than indirectly fighting the citizens he sworn to protect and see to their welfare constitutionally.

No reasonable leaders punish his own citizens because of the few in the country. They instead punish the fee for the interest of the majority.

That aside, no reasonable country that doesn't subsidise one thing or the other for her citizens. Many countries of the world tend to subsidise goods that their citizens patronise more, like some foods.
Even a child of yesterday knows that petroleum is our main stay, that anything that affects it, affect everything and that is why as soon as the announcement of subsidy removal was announced, prices of goods and services went skyrocketed and today people are finding it difficult to exist.

Until we are ready to do the needful, we will never get it right but only surface dressing everything. It was the same way we were told we are on the right track during Jonathan. Same thing repeated during Buhari regime and now we are singing same song of being on the right track by subjecting the populists to avoidable poverty. Do you know how much it would cost to bring those huge number of people below the poverty line out of their poverty again? For nearly half of the population to be in an extreme poverty, it never a joke and no serious leader would be concern about that huge number.

The tax reform is a good bill but not good for some states. You may ask why I said so? Many states don't have the effects that can generate huge amount of tax for them, many of them their tax are gotten from small businesses and the tax reform is proposing none payment of tax to that group of people. That is why you see some governors rejecting it.

Such reform would have been good if we have attained economy buoyancy as a country. Many states are still crawling till date to generate enough tax because they don't have corporations or companies as obtained in some states. I do believe if the reform is done phase by phase, it may work out but taking away the source of state revenue in a sweep won't argur well for them. That is why they are rejecting it.

Something still amaze me about you...is it too difficult for you to comprehend or something? Let me make myself clear once again...I never ask you not to hold who in power able (should I write in capital letter to make you see it clearly?) if you hold them able and things get change will it be for you alone? NO and is your right to speak out ? Who am I to tell you or stop you from speaking that I am not a politician and that's why I said in one of my comments with you that politicians are for themselves common men like you and I are for ourselves...does it mean to insult people u dnt know just dey worry you or something? Or you just lack home training? Atleast read to get the point I really don't wish to insult people online but you are pushing me...if you see me at the front of you obviously you can't insult me, why are you insulting someone you don't know from Adam on a faceless forum like Nairaland? You have to really work on yourself. Work on your understanding and work on using social media too..u dnt just come online to insult people you never meet or see physically. Please read all we have been discussing. Only said we need the protest now if Jonathan can come out and do the same maybe things will changed? Did I abuse you with that? By saying even if you are 60 years you are still bro to me and bro means brother in case you don't know coz it common in the mouth of guy man lol...is that insult? Abeg take life easy ooo those you are fighting for dnt know you they can't even trust you to go close to any member of their family so why are you accumulate enemies because if them? Easy o

It is interesting how someone who chooses to hide his head in the sand when things are bad is so hell bent on advising another person to take it easy.

Since you know you nothing is worth fighting for, even in the face of wrongdoing, why don't you take your own advice and mind your business?

You lack the basics of decorum and common sense, if you did, when you use certain words on a faceless forum and the person you are referring to tells you they do not like such word, why repeat it to that person? It shows you lack respect and have an ego that is matched only by your lack of common sense.

So, you should learn to take your own advice and respecting yourself and boundaries, kid...
