This was the same step they took last year and I can recognize the pattern.
They start asking you to like a page and you send screenshots then you receive payments.
Later they give you upper stage that involves investing money .
Once they get their target your money is gone.
Pls don't fall victim to these people they are scam.

Anyone with better sense would know that it's that time of the year again that hunger pushes out these bastards to start scamming people of their hard earned money.
First thing after I got that msg I looked the number up on Truecaller and it revealed 'Alhakim', on Whatsapp he ed as 'Delilah Lucia' while the idiot introduced himself as 'Ms. Mphela Abiola', I just laughed and I did the next sensible thing, I blocked his sorry ass and still reported him to Whatsapp make God for punish him well well.

I just made about 40k from one of those scamming platforms and 50k from the other. The trick is to play along for the first, second and third investment only. The pay you back just to gain your trust. Their scam starts from the 4th investment and that was when I stopped. I dey find another platform o abeg introduce me. My December must be detty 😊

Yoh, that's the truth. Play along first. However, when they transfer money to you, don't be in a haste to check your balance or open your app. The scam is in you checking your balance, using your correct pin, which somehow gives them access to wipe clean your .

So, when they send you the money, use a wrong pin deliberately the first time. This cancels what ever pending request they sent.

It takes two to tango. This bird has learned to fly without perching. 🤣🤣🤣

I’m still wondering how the scam works cos I don’t use pins. I use a face scanner for my bank apps or finger print.
