Which allocation? The money allocated to run each police station is nothing to write home about. So they resort to these things. That's y I tell people around me to be careful not to have any issues related to police cos it very sure u will pay to get justice. I no go blame them (police). Who should cater for logistics or citizens want make them use their salary to track phone? No now.
