It's was on the 18th of November 2019 when I was diagnosed of T2 DM. Started the routine practices of managing it in the General Hospital. Since then it has been from one hospital to another.

Once i start with a new treatment, you get a fine result, for example the Fasting Blood Sugar will fall from 24 to 8 or 10. After two weeks while still on the therapy, it spikes. This time overnight it can run to 33 and above.

From there to diarrhea which started in August, 2022 till date. Anything I eat, once I finish eating, all road leads to the toilet and until I put everything no rest. The situation worsens at night as it pours out without any urgent or signal.

It's seriously affected my movement and Functioning.

T2 can be managed with diet.
My late FIL had it for 15 years and laid off meds by his doc when he was in my house when I was still in Nigeria. It took me lots of research and resilience( he is somebody who controls, now small me was telling him what to eat)
He was with me for 4 months and gradually stopped taking his medication.
He died cos I got preggy and couldn't enter kitchen so he had to stay with his son and then the son had a fiance. The lady want to win over the man so she forgot to follow his nutritional plan and will make all those food he stopped taking. By the time I got myself and went to get him, it was too late. 3 days after he died. Checked the fridge and tears rolled down. The Dr rang me twice and told me to continue giving him what I am giving him.

If an old man T2 can be reversed, give yourself some months of strictness and you will see some results.

Go to youtube and type DR Eric Berg diabetes.
Start from the beginning.
Get a book.
I recommended this man cos he is the best among others and the comment section will give you what you need.

Also. From what I used for my FIL, you see that afang leave, utazi and bitterleave. They should be your veggies.
You wash and blend them, drink with water.
Check out the health benefits of those veggies.

Learn how to make saucruest.

Less starchy food,forget fruits( all fruits in Nigeria has loads of sugar) we assume fruits are really healthy and eat them anyhow.

By the time you have gone halfway and seen the result, you can introduce intermittent fasting gradually.

Just start somewhere pls.
