Those were same pictures since it was commissioned. It is a glorified chinese vanity project as someone stated. I was chatting with a Huawei very senior official and asked him when they would sstart using the Lekki port since they have a FTZ warehouse in vicinity. He looked at me and laughed, then quietly said that place will not be ready in 30 years. The FTZ opposite the port still takes all their containers from Apapa and Tincan. Not a a single one from Lekki. |

Governors of Maritime States like Delta, Bayelsa, etc should look for ways to develop the maritime industries in their states. For example, Delta state has 4 seaport, Burutu seaport, Warri Seaport, Sapele Seaport and Koko Seaport. None of these seaports are functional. This is because the governors of the states focus too much on crude oil. Governors of the states in the Niger delta region like Delta state that is a marine states can engaged the federal government to give them the right to run the seaports in their states. There are a lot of young people that need jobs but they can not find any. The sea port will create jobs for the youth of the region. |

Lol... soon?? we have been hearing of the Airport since 2001, yet one stone for foudation we have not seen. Same for the 4th mainland bridge that has been a pipe dream. Which other refinery ? Mention the name..mumu. so long as it is from the government, they are using it to pack your money. Oponu. Let me let you into it. Every year Lagos state government budgets for consultancy fees for both the Airports and the 4th mailnad bridge and other major projects. That is usually in forwx converted to naira. They appont their foreign partners as proxies and come up with mile stone consultation every year(feasibility studies, funding arrangements, EIA reports, etc) and commission their proxies to carry all these nonsense out, and send the money abroad and then share it iver there. So you know how many tines they have done EIA for both the airports and 4th mainland bridge? Di you knoe how many times Ambode and Sanwo Olu have launched technical partnership and funding arrangements for the 4th mainland bridge? Theyvuse thstvti sell you dummy every election year, yet 1 single block is not on ground...mumu. if Lagos state ever allows FOI on their budget, you will see tgat they budget so much for consultation every year on those projects without any meaningful progress. Mumu, remain there and be shouting "soon" Unsophisticated buffoonery press9jatv: |

Mumu......so there is planned refinery project of $billions and the name is a secret? Known only to you....Lord have mercy?? These APC/Tinubu BOTs are dafts. I dont think you have the faintest idea of how projects of that nature are funded. You just dont have an idea. Let me leave it here. The first thing for such a project is that a SPV will be created or founded consisting of all the promoters, partners and financiers. It will be ed as a company and known to the whole world to attract further investments/partnership. If the name of such a gigantic project is only known to a few like you, then it is a dream of your wildest imagination You sound unintelligent though. Are you dyslexic? press9jatv: 1 Like |
