A colleague of mine here in PH travelled to Abuja this December for documentation and capturing on IPPIS as an officer in the Nigerian Immigration Service meanwhile, they did not announce about the vacancy. She told me that she met other people who came for the same documentation while in Abuja. Just watch out that the NIS will soon announce about their recruitment into the service.

This is the time that the Northern Emirs and politicians use to flood these Nigerian Institutions with their dunce and incompetent men and women with.

You can never see the core Northern Hausa Fulani in Positions that requires intellectual and mental challenges, like Doctors, Engineers, Oil Drillers, Mechanical engineers etc. Instead, you'll find them in the government Institutions like the military, customs, Navy, Police, Airforce, Immigration etc, pushed from nowhere to become someone holding Positions of authority against the norms of appointment based on competence and capacity. Very dull people that feels that Nigeria belongs to them.

If each mda can employ at least 3000 per year. That's 3,948,000 will be employed yearly. Wow!

2. Check out the MDA's that are not under Federal service commission List of government agencies of Nigeria https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_government_agencies_of_Nigeria. If these Commission can employ 3000 each year..... We can have over 4,000, 0000 . So, we see we can be having over 7m employees each year more than the n NYSC.

I have heard you sir but if you ask me, I don't think there is a difference between recruitment and replacement when it comes to Nigeria context. In a sane society, they would have made a public announcement that people were or are needed to replace the available vacant positions but over here in Nigeria, family are used to fill vacant positions.
During Buhari's tenure as president, his minister of foreign affairs from Enugu state employed 50 people from his local government into the ministry of foreign affairs of which a friend benefited from it.
So people like myself who don't have relatives in government, how do we get the opportunity to be employed into these government agencies?
I can mention like ten instances were adverts are been made but relatives of those at the corridor of power are employed into the available positions while others are left out of it.
