UKVI tends to delay it towards the lecture date most time
They want most student to travel towards lecture time mostly

I’ve seen someone who did biometrics june 15 and and was answered September 24, no capping here 😂

Can they hold the visa till after start of classes?

There are 3 public holidays inbetween your 15 working days as well as reduced services generally during the Xmas period.

University of Portsmouth...6k deposit for Nigerians and you spread the rest in 6 instalments starting from March...meanwhile Tuition after discount is like 14700pounds ...that is my school

If you are yet book your appointment with vfs global and you are not in Lagos, don’t opt for the courier service if you are close by to Lagos and you can pick it up yourself. I opted for DHL, they sent it through GIGL.

I just wasted 41k, I’m based in Osun, they sent it to Osogbo, I will have to transport myself to pick it up.

Going to Lagos would have cost me less.

I strongly urge everyone to provide on the courier service via the VFS form. It’s unacceptable that they can charge 41,400 naira and use GIG to transport a port booklet of 100 grams, and still fail to deliver it in time and to the correct address, leaving it at another location instead. This situation feels like fraud.
Please take a moment to send emails to UKVI to raise awareness about these issues + fill the feed back form as it is crucial

I pray we get decision between this week and next week.
