You don't need to write JAMB but you are required to create JAMB Profile. This applies to Undergraduate programmes alone.

The process now has changed. You have to begin with creating a JAMB Profile. It requires you begin from a JAMB CBT Centre.

Currently, application for a change of study Centre is closed. Yes, you need to apply for that. You can any staff at your former study centre to assist you. The form normally requires your signature. If you are sent the soft copy, you can sign and send to the person to help you.
After the change of study centre, you can proceed with registration by next semester, that is 2025/1. You will be continuing from where you stopped. Cheers
