I cannot my own for now.but one of my step uncle .he should be like 50 years.he is blind and I asked my dad what happened to him.my dad said when he was young ,he went to look and out his face in all those local bombs which they do to cause a blast during celebrating in the village. The ones wey those old men dey set for ground to blast,when one man set the blast.this my step uncle went there to look out of curiosity and he put his face there.the blast destroyed his eyes and part of his face. He has being blind since like 10 years old

I still when there's heavy rain me and my friends in the compound will run naked and swim in the dirty running rain water... though there was no gutters or opening then 😁

My dad told me he started having hiccup the day he stoned an owl at a nearby tree closed to their house one evening when he was a boy.

Una go laugh me die sha but thank God say nobody know me for real life. Worst part be say my own happen as a full adult. No be child.

So when I was in Year 3, this lecturer vowed that if I come late to his next class, I will carry over his course because I had been coming late and he had marked my face.

So I prepared very well to come early that day. I even fetched water and kept in case there was no light to pump water. When I woke up, I found out my roommate had used the water to flush in the night when I was sleeping and there was no water.

I tried my best to find water and rush to school before the time for the lecture.

Omo, my plan no dey work again. Before I could even find a bus sef, time for the class had almost reached. After I rushed to go and finally found a bus, in the bus going to the university park, I ed how one guy that was late for his exam jumped out of the bus one day. Na so I jump my own come land for ground.

At first, I think say I succeed. The driver park come dey ask whether I craze. Other drivers too park come dey reason wetin dey work me.

I scattered my phone screen. Tore my fine clothes. Injured myself. I was limping to class. At the end of the day, the lecturer came late for the class. God damn.

Later I come dey reason what if I broke my head.

My brother told me his friend used to watch plenty Nollywood and he did not understand how people will die by hanging themselves.

Mumu child decided to test it to see if he will actually die.

This guy tied rope on the fan, tied it like noose (I don't know how he figured it out sha, but I'm sure it wasn't a proper noose), put the chair and climb.

Then he was standing there, thinking "How will this thing kill anybody"

And then he mistakenly kicked the Chair down. Baba start to struggle. He struggle until his grandmother came into the kitchen by grace and found him.

Good thing I was there on time to dissuade him. He insisted the rotor was not that strong as he had severally bring a fast running fan to a stop with his bare hands!
I finally convinced him to at least remove the bladed cup and vent his strength on the robber stub. Long story short, he ended up in a slingshot after suffering dislocation to his shoulder!
I nearly went to church to give testimony - what if it was the blade he held onto?!!

I SWALLOWED A FULL BUNCH OF KEYS

up till this day, I've been wondering how this was possible without having any damaging effect to my stomach or body.

Yes. I was around 4 or 5 yrs old at the time I swallowed a full bunch of keys. Nothing less than about 10 different keys in a bunch with a key holder.

Here's how it happened. I was lying down face upwards playing with the keys in my mouth when I accidentally gulped them; the whole damn keys. I was alone, so no one saw it happen. I was scared as he'll to tell my mom, she would have freaked the hell out and probably given me a whopping of my life (the main reason why I didn't tell her )

Later that evening she was looking for the keys and asked me if I saw them and I said no, knowing fully well they were being warmed up in my stomach . She finally assumed she had misplaced them.

Fast forward to when I became an adult, I would tell my friends and none would belive me. It was strange to me how nothing bad happened to me. I sha thank God

Kids love playing rough play and we thank God that as kids we didn't sustain serious injuries like some kids who sustained.

A friend of mine was telling me of his friend who sustained serious neck injuries as a kid when he wanted to throw acrobatic.
He said till today the guy now as adult can't move his neck freely.

As a kid there was a day I was playing with two of my friends and the ball we were playing with got stuck in the ceiling.

I was like there will be many balls in that ceiling and if I can climb into the ceiling, I will be able to get alot of footballs to play with that got stuck at the ceiling from other people.

That is how I climbed the ceiling and was throwing all balls down and the first two rooms in the roof I ed the ceiling were made of plywood until I got to the third room which was my grandmother's room which was made of asbestos, and I fell into the room .
I had to climb back as it was a Sunday.
When my grand mum came back she shouted that thieves have broken into the house but those my two friends told her that it was me that did it.

Till today I still ask what if I was electrocuted in the ceiling?

It's just God that saved most of us when we were kids.

experience is the best teacher.i was almost knocked down by a vehicle while crossing the road together with my little sister.it was just God that rescued us.i felt a hand lifted us to the other side.sometimes,I still checked myself like hope I am not a ghost.God can do anything wen u believe

I had plenty growing up .

Hunting crabs in sec school and dipping hand into a suspected crab hole only for it to be a snake hole . Luckily the hand was covered with cloth .

Went to play football beside a shrine . Did “shagalo “ near a small shrine with broken bottles . Had a horrible cut in my hand . Still have the scar .

Put my foot out of a taxi before it came to a complete stop . Foot got stuck under the tire while still in the car. . God saved me that the driver quickly applied the brakes I for Dey limp now .

Lots and lots of adventures and misadventures . Miss my childhood and kind of pity my kids . Kids are so protected nowadays .

i used my bicycle spoke to touch the electric meter t luckily mum her friends wasn't far off and there was no light, the scream and beating that day i still dey feel the pain till now lol...ing now i still wonder if there was light i will not be here to type this

I was about 8/12 year old. My guardians just got a deep freezer, tear rubber. Myself and cousins were playing hide and seek so i decided to lock myself in the freezer. But i was like let me test it first. I got out and it was on lock mode. There was no way to open it from within. I would have suffocated and died if i had closed the freezer on myself. That still shakes me

A very hefty guy who is my step mother's in-law paid our family a visit of a week plus.

One evening, we went to the Palm plantation to do broom. On the farm he beat my younger sister and I felt very bad.

This guy, Even if you combined my stature and strength 3times there was no way I could beat him but, I was bent on retaliating so I started devising my plan onwards.

On the road to the farm we went were remnants of the tough sticks of the leafs our goats had eaten.

When we started coming home from the farm, I took the back position, the guy was in-between me and my sister and other kids were in the front and my beloved sister was still weeping profusely.

Enroute home, I secretlyb plucked some canes, Stubborn grass (sida acuta) and shoved them in my pants at the line at my back.

As we don near home (when I knew that people would easily come to rescue me), I started lashing this Goliath strokes....when the canes I pluked broke away I speedily picked the remnant sticks from the goat feeds aahhh! these ones delivered my anger very well unto his back... immediately they sticks finished, that was when people knew and ran to separate us.

I dealt with him, he cried like my sister did!
My mom and sisters reprimanded me in the family eyes but they praised me and Called me champion in when they called me in!

When I was like 8yrs old, there is this our neighbour that is in her 30's that I was crushing on.

One day I had the chance to sleep in her room cos my parents travelled and I was scared to sleep alone. At night, when she had slept, I tried to drag up her skirt so I could see her private part.

Was cruising with my friends sliding down the stair rails of a story building ...Those kind of old building that's got its stairs outside ....Got to my turn.. I sharply flip one of my legs across so as to slid down...Omo Na so I take miss step come crashland on my back to the ground with one of my legs facing towards the heavens....You know the shocking thing; in as much as the ground was a very rough one with pieces of bottles and nails scattered around, I wasn't skinly injured....I only broke my arm .....

Second was when myself and twin were playing with pointed and sharp sticks and iron metals...u know those kinda sword fights after taking inspirations from karate movies....Omo Na so my bro threw the pointed stick at me towards my eye....Na so blood begin spill...the part above my left eye caught the hit and got slit.....ThankGod the pupil wasn't affected......I'm fine..

Thirdly was .......Omo forget....stories plenty...Abi Na the one wey happen for boarding school....choi

Abi Na the one wey be say I came back from church feeling so thirsty...got to the sitting room, sighted a container of liquid on the dinning table( usually, when we done with all these containers that contains groundnut oil inside them, we usually wash the container clean so as to use them for storing water for drinking).....Na so I sight the container ontop dinning table ...so naw...see me naw; with that kind of serious thirst , I didn't check what actually was the real content inside of it believing that it was just water and forgetting how popsi had always advice us to use the cup while wanting to drink water, I threw those advice aside and quickly opened the container, positioned my mouth and wahhhhhh...started gulping the entire liquid inside of me.....it was after some seconds when I must have felt satisfied sort of that I started noticing some kind of awkward taste ....then I was like wtf!... I then checked; lo and behold; Na groundnut oil.....well to cut the story short, nothing happened to me ....still alive and strong... We move!!

I gave my brother caustic soda to lick i told him it was sugar, his mouth started bleeding. My mom beat the hell out of me
