Do reverse image search to be sure . It appears to be something in the shrimp/crayfish family (because of the fat claw).

Edit: I googled it for you. It’s specifically blue monster fan shrimp. They supposedly make great aquarium pets. Apparently all shrimps are edible. So I don’t think you’ll be harmed by eating this one.
