This is called Dermatitis
Caused by irritation or allergic reaction to soaps, lotions, or detergents.
May appear as red, itchy, and sometimes scaly patches.

What to Do:
Avoid suspected irritants.
Wash with mild, fragrance-free soap.
Apply a hypoallergenic moisturizer or topical cream as advised by a doctor.

7 days that thing will disappear
Solution
Get the pawpaw seeds
Let your boy swallow as many as he can for 7 days use some of the seed to rob that affected part every day. I am telling you this from experience

That seems to be Acanthosis nigricans.

It is commonly seen in individuals who have insulin resistance (but there are other less common causes). It is also seen in children and in some cases, hereditary.

You have to take him to Hospital to be evaluated. Amongst investigations, Fasting Blood Sugar or HbA1C should be done. And this should be checked at least once a year.

Another less likely differential would be Psoriasis. In any case, take him to the Hospital or a Dermatological center if you have any close to you.

Not in then medical field . Seems to me to be some kind fungus. From the pattern ... I suspect he caught it from his singlet ... guess that part of the singlet got contaminated and he wore it. Maybe contaminated with a fungus where it was laid out to dry... or rested ...maybe it was contaminated with a chemical ... heavily bleached but that part didn't dry ... maybe accidentally sprayed with sniper or some chemical and this is an allergic reaction ... or irritation. If it's a fungus... an anti fungal cream will work or you may wash and scrub with neem leaves (dogoyaro/atu yabasi aka akum shut up). Wash out his clothes very well...sheets etc..they may very well be still contaminated.

Some years ago, When something like this happened across my stomach and I went to a pharmacy, it was allergic reaction to a malaria drug I was taking that week.
Consult a dermatologist, pharmacy or relatively qualified doctor for more. Also check if there's a soap, cream, drug, towel or whatever the person has consumed or applied on their body recently.
