No no no no. That's the point of the coned. They want to separate them completely, including that harmful flesh of twin B from twin A. So twin A would be like any other human being, hale and hearty. Twin B separated from twin A on other hand, not really especially as from the picture, the twin B is not well formed.

Essentially, twin A and twin B are coned. Twin A is well formed, twin B is not well formed, and twin B is then coned with twin A. The parents want to separate them, and twin A may live a normal life henceforth.
