Hi guys, does ‘year of service’ mean the year I started NYSC or the year I finished? I’m 2020 batch B but I finished in October 2021. Which year should I enter as year of service
Year of service is the year you are ed at the orientation camp. The year you start your service is always attached to your state code.

Just wrote my own exam at the Sani Mikailu Center, Jos and it was a horrible experience for me. I had about 30 mins left on my computer but it submitted itself and when I complained, the exam manager replied “It’s a nationwide exam so they don’t use the computer time”. Can you imagine? And nobody cared enough to tell us from the start? Even when computer was tripping off, we were being assured that everything is fine. I am so disappointed.

It is well bros. Even for us that managed to write the complete 1hr, the questions were brutal especially for EH. I heard GTs had it better, even easier than 2019

It favoured civil guys and especially mechanical guys..no question at all for electrical...it's like they forgot that electrical is part of engineering
That EH was something else

I did mine at Nasarawa State. I applied for the experienced legal position but when I logged in, to start the exam with the code allocated to me, I saw that the heading of my exam was boldly written "Information Technology". Questions were on ICT, HSE and engineering. Was wondering why they should prepare those type of questions for a lawyer. Only to be informed by the invigilators after I complained that the questions originally meant for me might have been mistakenly swapped with that of an engineering/ICT experienced candidate. Omo, I confuse ooo. I was also told that some centers experienced a similar issue. They said they have escalated the matter and hope to get a review. I am really sceptical about getting any favourable response from them. Please Who else experience a similar issue?

What's the cut off mark ?

Does anybody have an idea?
youngblackgee(m): 3:53pm On Dec 08, 2024
Did all GTs write the same exams?

It was like 80% mathematics. Applicants who are not science-oriented were disadvantaged.

Or did I write the exams meant for Science students?

I'm calculating it based on the questions I'm sure I missed. There were 8 of them. At most 42.

What was your answer in the Not (A and B) question?

Okay

I missed the first probability question. I chose 0.6 instead of 0.06.

The John and Mary question, I chose 28 instead of 42.

The 3 cats question I chose 100 instead of 3.

I missed one of the how many hours to work questions, I think I picked D (16) or so.

I missed the F(3) question. I chose randomly

I missed the 60% question. I chose randomly

I missed the 2/3 litres question. I chose randomly.

And the Not (A and B) question.

Those are the 8 questions, I think I missed.
